【摘要】 城市地理信息系统在理论和应用两方面不断发展，办公自动化技术也不断向前发展。图文办公自动化系统综合了两者的优点，然而现有的图文办公自动化系统大多数分为图形处理系统和文档处理系统两个系统并行存在，这样在使用时需要用户频繁的切换界面，图文互查时很难做到图文并茂，属性数据和空间数据不能有效集成。本文探讨了图文信息系统集成的内容、模式及集成方法，采用基于UML的面向对象的方法进行系统分析、设计，并且以房产信息系统(real-estate information system)为例，介绍了房产信息系统的设计和部分功能，从而验证该方法的可行性，实现图文信息系统的无缝(seamless)集成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today, OA as well as UGIS is developing quickly both in theory and in practice. Although the OA system of map and text holds the advantages of UGIS and OA by combining these two parallel systems, it has some disadvantages. For example, users must change their interfaces frequently, map and text can not appear at the same time, attribute data and spatial data can not have an efficient integration. This paper just does some research in their integration such as the contents, the schema and the methods. It applies the UML into the system analysis and design. At last, the paper focuses on the design of the real-estate and introduces some function of it to testify the feasibility of this method and achieve the seamless integration of the map and text.更多还原
