单体液压支柱智能跟踪管理系统

【摘要】 针对目前单体液压支柱的管理现状及存在的主要问题,我们设计了一种集信息处理与计算机通讯技术于一体的单体支柱智能跟踪管理系统。该系统采用一种抗干扰、防腐蚀、易读写的新型数字识别器件—信息钮扣对所有支柱进行编号,由便携式数据采集器现场采集、存储支柱编号及时间,并通过RS232/RS485转换器与计算机进行数据通信,将支柱信息准确、实时地传输到计算机的支柱数据库,由中文管理软件系统对数据库进行自动处理,实现信息查询、支柱报警、费用统计、报表显示与打印等功能。 本文着重阐述了信息钮扣、数据采集器、RS232/RS485转换器、锂电池充电器以及中文管理软件的设计思路、工作原理、实现方法,并详细介绍了相关硬件电路和软件流程的设计。 本系统的研制成功将打破目前单体液压支柱的人工管理模式,实现支柱管理的自动化、智能化、科学化,具有较高的社会推广价值。

【Abstract】 According to the actual management state and the main problems of single-body hydraulic supporter, we design a set of intelligent and tracking management system of single-body hydraulic supporter which includes information processing and computer communication technology. The system numbers all struts using newfashioned digital recognition component -information button which is anti-jamming, corrosion-resisting, easily numerated and written, The portable data acquisition instrument on-site collects, stores strut’ s serial number and time, communicates with computer through RS232/RS485 switching device, exactly and real-time transmits strut’ s information to data bank in computer, Chinese management software system automatically manages the data bank, accomplishes the function of enquiry, alarm, expense statistic, report display and printing.The article emphasizes on the design thought, working principle and implementation method of information button, data acquisition instrument, RS232/RS485 switching device, lithium battery charging device and Chinese management software, and detailedly introduces the design of correlative hardware circuit and software flowchart.The accomplishment of this system will break actual artificial supervisor mode of single-body hydraulic supporter, realize automatic, intelligent and scientific management, which takes on upper society extension value.
