多功能通用数字远传装置的研制

【摘要】 本课题在研究近年来仪表技术发展状况的基础上,结合仪表智能化的发展要求,设计了一种多功能通用智能远传装置。本装置实现了数字信号的远传,这是它与以往的智能变送器的不同之处,便于实现远距离监控;同时,该装置兼有多种功能,方便与各种指示仪表连接。 论文中首先叙述了系统整体结构,然后对系统的硬件部分和软件分别进行了比较详细的阐述。在此基础上,对系统中的前置通道部分和串行通信部分进行了一些有特色的设计。 论文中介绍了MCU与PC机的串行通信,用VB编程软件设计了显示界面,而且还可以实现PC机的远距离监控。该系统有许多优点,如准确度高、可靠性好、电路结构简单、成本低等,故必将有其广泛的应用发展前景。同时,为了提高该装置的可靠性,在设计中采取了若干软、硬件抗干扰措施,具体调试效果非常好。论文最后,介绍了基于现场总线的数据远传技术,满足仪表最新发展方向。

【Abstract】 This dissertation design a multi-function and general -use intelligent far-distance communication device, based on the instrument technology developed in the last years and development requirement of intelligent instrument in the future. This device realize digital far distance transmission and easily to fulfill far distance controlling , which is different from former intelligent transducer. At the same time, the device possesses various kinds of function, easily connected to all types of indication instrument. .First, the dissertation discuss overall configuration of the system, then give a detailed expatiation on system hardware and software. Based on that, the front-placed chunnel and serial communication has been designed with special character.In the dissertation, serial communication of MCU and PC is introduced, display interface is designed by VB language, far distance controlling realized by PC is introduced too. The system has a lot of advantages: high accuracy, high reliability, simple circuits configuration, low cost and so on, therefore it must have widely development future. Meanwhile, in order to improve reliability of the device, some anti-interfere measures of hardware and software has been adopted in the design, good result has been achieved in the debugging.In the last part of this dissertation, data far distance transmission is introduced based on fieldbus, which meet the future tendency of instrument.
