【摘要】 本文通过回顾办公自动化的发展历程，探讨并界定了新时期办公自动化的含义及特点，在此基础上，研究开发办公自动化系统软件的有关方法。并结合当前计算机技术、通讯技术、信息处理技术的现状与发展趋势，提出了构建“办公自动化系统”的基本框架和应具备的基本功能。在本课题的研究中，提出了一种基于Lotus Domino／Notes平台的办公自动化方案，并实现了该方案中主要部分：搭建了基于Lotus Domino的协作平台，开发了非结构化的Notes数据库访问结构化的关系数据库的数据库数据访问接口，以此为基础，将组织中的工作流、信息处理以及其它业务系统都集成到一个协作平台上，从而较便捷地对信息进行多层面的处理与使用，为沟通组织内、外信息的流通，实现无纸办公奠定了基础。针对Notes的处理文字的局限性，结合Office处理文本的先进性，开发了Notes与Office的接口，将Office集成进我们开发的OA系统。 该系统已经基本开发完成，目前正在试运行，运行效果较理想，其稳定性、可靠性均得到了验证。本论文从理论与实践相结合的层面上对现代办公的需求与实现做了一些探讨与尝试，对于开发大规模、多任务、安全、稳定性要求高的办公自动化系统具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discussed and defined the meaning and characteristics of Office Automation in this epoch through reviewing the development course of Office Automation. Based on this , this paper researched the method by which we can develop the Office Automation System. At the same time,combined with the current situation and development trend of computer ,communication and information management , the author advanced the basic frames and functions for designing the Office Automation. In this research, we advanced an Office Automaton project based on Lotus Domino/Notes and realized the main parts:constructed the collaboration flat based on Lotus Domino, developed the data interface by which nonstructural Notes database can access structural relative database, based on this ,intergrated the organization workflow, information management and the other operation systems into one flat, then multilayerly disposed and used the information very expediently ,laid the groundwork for communicating the information circulation inside and outside the organization and realizing the non-paper work.. Aimed at the managing letter limitation in the Notes and combined with the managing letter advancement in the Office, we developed the interface between Notes and Office, etc. .we intergrated the Office into our Office Automation System.This system has basically finished.Currently.it has been debugged successfully in the corporation network environment and runs. Its effect is very good ,then its stablity and reliability are validated. Combined theory with practice ,this paper discuss and experiment with the modern work requirement and realization, the researches tothe big and multitask and secure and steady and reliable Office Automation System have their reference value .更多还原
