面向复杂型面零件的PDM系统研究与开发

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展、竞争的加剧和全球化市场的形成,常规企业将逐步过渡到虚拟企业阶段,虚拟企业的运作需要综合的信息平台。在对虚拟企业运作特征进行分析的基础上,提出了面向虚拟企业的广义PDM(GPDM)系统。GPDM系统是对传统ERP和PDM功能进行了优化组合和有益扩充后形成的一种全新的系统,是虚拟企业开展各种业务的信息化平台和支撑环境。论文给出了GPDM系统的四层体系结构,并详细描述了该系统的功能模型,对GPDM系统的典型特征和关键技术进行了分析。 模具生产是非常具有代表性的制造业之一。在分析模具生产企业的生产特点之后,根据这些特点,基于GPDM系统基本理论提出面向复杂型面零件的PDM系统,按照软件工程的思想对该系统进行分析,然后提出使用Oracle构建该系统的数据服务层,基于XML Web Service实现该系统的事务服务层,最后利用Visual Studio.NET编程环境开发了该系统的原型系统。

【Abstract】 The importance of synthetical information platform for virtual enterprise is increasingly recognized. However, existing ERP and PDM do not address the issue of integrating heterogeneous, autonomous, and distributed information with each other, especially for virtual enterprises. This paper proposes the concept of virtual enterprise oriented generalized product management (GPDM) system, which is a new system that optimize and expand ERP and PDM function. This system can serve for virtual enterprise as a synthetical information platform. Further, based on extensible markup language web service (XML Web service), the architecture and function models of GPDM are proposed. Some representative characteristic and pivotal technology of GPDM are analyzed.Mould manufacture is one of the most representative manufactures. This paper analyse the character of the mould manufacture, futher, based on this character and the basic theory of GPDM, the complex surface part-oriented PDM system is proposed. A prototype system has been implemented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed architecture.
