双极膜电渗析法再生离子交换树脂及关键设备的研制

【摘要】 从双极膜水解离再生离子交换树脂的可行性入手,设计了小型试验装置验证电再生在原理上的可行性。并对双极膜水解离直接再生离子交换树脂及制备酸碱后间接再生树脂进行系统研究。探讨了操作电压、通电量、膜间距等因素对电再生的影响;分析盐室浓度、膜材料、电极材料等因素对双极膜制备酸碱的影响;并研制了关键的水解离设备,分析了该技术运用于工业实际的可行性。

【Abstract】 Based on the feasibility of regenerating ion exchange resin by water splitting with bipolar membrane, small laboratorial equipment is designed. Systems analysis is shown on regeneration with bipolar membrane electrodialysis. The process and effect with acid and base made by water splitting with bipolar membrane is studied. The experiment discusses the influence of work voltage, quantity of electric charge, space between of the regeneration room on the electro-regeneration, analyzes the effect of concentration of salt room, the type of ion exchange membrane and electrode on making acid and base .The main facility of bipolar membrane electrodialysis is developed. At last, it draws a conclusion on whether the electro-regeneration technology could be applied to industry.
