【摘要】 从管理信息系统(MIS)建设的管理、技术角度出发，分析了我国供电企业管理信息系统开发建设的过程和存在的问题，主要从Intranet网络架构、业务流程再造、组织管理、事实发现技术等几方面提出供电企业MIS应选择C/S和B/S相结合的体系结构，扁平化组织结构，规划了基础数据库表及数据平台，设计和规划了献县供电公司管理信息系统详细方案和功能方案，开发了相应的应用程序。更多还原
