循环流化床锅炉燃烧智能控制系统的研究

【摘要】 床温和主汽压是循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统中的两个重要参数,维持正常的床温和主汽压是循环流化床锅炉稳定、经济运行的关键。本文利用动态机理宏观控制建模的思想,建立了描述410T/h循环流化床锅炉床温和主汽压动态特性的数学模型。分别设计了模糊神经网络自学习控制和模糊单神经元复合控制系统,并进行了计算机仿真。从控制效果来看,达到了比较令人满意的效果,模糊神经网络控制控制无论是在控制的快速性、稳定性、适应性、鲁棒性还是抗内扰能力上均比常规的PID控制要好得多。

【Abstract】 Bed temperature and mainstream pressure are important parameter of circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFBB) combustion control system. To maintain them normal is key to the stable and economic operation of CFBB. By the idea of dynamic mechanism and macroscopical control modeling, mathematical model describing the dynamic characteristic of bed temperature and mainstream pressure of 410t/h CFBB is proposed in this thesis. Two fuzzy neural network control systems are designed: fuzzy neural network self-learning control system and fuzzy neural cell complex control system. Based on the modeling, computer simulation is carried out. The simulation results are satisfactory in case of control effects. The results indicate that the control quality, the speediness, the robustness and the ability of anti-disturbance of fuzzy neural network control system are all superior to the general PID control system.
