亚临界锅炉变工况运行特性分析模型的研究

【摘要】 本文针对大容量电站锅炉变工况特性进行了理论模型的研究。分析了前苏联73年锅炉机组热力计算标准方法中炉膛、分隔屏过热器和屏式过热器计算方法的缺陷,初步提出锅炉热力计算新方法。针对某电厂1025锅炉机组,按照新方法和前苏联方法分别建立热力计算模型,在设计煤质下对模型进行求解,将计算结果与设计数据进行比较,对新方法进行验证和分析。

【Abstract】 This paper carries on the research of the variable condition property theory model for large-capacity power plant boiler. For the limitation of the former Soviet Union boiler unit heating calculation standard methods in 1973 in the boiler furnace,panel and platen superheater,this paper puts forward the new methods of the boiler heating calculation. In accordance with a boiler whose capacity is 1025t/h in a certain power plant,this paper builds the heating calculation model of new method and the former Soviet Union method, finds the solutions to the model under the designed coal quality, compares the results with the design data, verifies and analyzes the new heating calculation model.
