电站通风机状态监测的试验研究

【摘要】 在本次研究工作中,主要由两部分组成。首先用稳定性强、扩展性好的VC++语言开发了通风机振动在线监测系统,并编写了自功率谱密度函数、互功率谱密度函数、自相关函数和互相关函数等频谱分析函数来进行简单的离线故障诊断。同时总结通风机常见的故障类型,并深入研究通风机的故障机理。根据对通风机故障的系统分析,决定在GB4-73No.8D通风机试验台上进行不平衡和不对中两种故障,在不同转速、不同导流器开度和不同节流锥阻力的各种工况下进行振动试验,用编写的Matlab程序对数据文件进行分析,得到不同因素对不平衡和不对中故障的影响。

【Abstract】 There are two sessions in this research. In the first session the fans vibration on-line monitoring system is realized with VC language, also compile auto power spectrum density function, cross power spectrum density function, autocorrelation function and cross correlation function etc spectral analysis function to carry through simple offline fault diagnosis. Fan familiar fault types are summarized and fans failure mechanism is researched. Based on fans fault system analysis, imbalance and unalignment two fault is carried out on GB4-73No.8D test-bed. Vibration test is carried out on vary rotate speed diffuser coupling and throttle. Data file is analyzed by Matlab function, then effect of imbalance and unalignment according to vary factor is found. Wang Dayong(Power Plant Thermal Power Engineering) Directed by prof.
