变电站高压电容型设备绝缘在线监测系统的研究

【摘要】 对高压电容型设备绝缘在线监测技术与系统开发进行了深入的研究。具体工作如下:设计了一套先进的绝缘在线监测系统框架;分析传统测量方法的问题,提出了基于电容分压原理的测量方法;采用计算机串口来进行数据的传送;为有效提取信号中的基波分量,详细介绍了一种基于人工神经网络的介损计算方法;采用B/S模式,实现基于Web方式的绝缘监测信息查询系统。最终设计与开发出一套完整的高压电容型设备绝缘在线监测系统,目前已完成实验室调试,运行效果良好。

【Abstract】 In this paper, further researches on on-line monitoring technique and system are given. Frame of an advanced on-line insulation monitoring system is designed. Problems of traditional measuring methods are analyzed and a new method based on the theory of voltage-dividing capacitor is brought forward. To extract fundamental wave in signals efficiently, a new calculation method of dielectric loss based on ANN is introduced in detail. B/S mode is applied to realize insulation information inquiry system in WEB style. An integrated on-line insulation monitoring system of high-voltage capacitive equipment is designed and developed, and has been debugged in laboratory. The impact of operation is all right.
