【摘要】 本研究以湖北省具有代表性的4所高校(包括武汉体育学院、中国地质大学、武汉工业学院、武汉科技大学)的高水平毽球运动队为研究对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、调查访问法、数理统计法，对湖北省高校高水平毽球运动队的管理体系、生源、教练员、经费来源、学习与训练、运动员毕业出路等方面的现状进行了比较全面的调查，分析了湖北省高校办高水平毽球运动队以来所取得的成绩、经验以及存在的问题，提出了今后的发展目标以及若干具体对策，其结论是：(1)高校办高水平毽球运动队是符合我国教育和体育事业发展的需要的，也是促进全国毽球运动发展的有效途径。作为培养体育专业人才的体育学院应加大毽球教学改革力度，采取多种措施，为高校输送合格优秀的毽球教练员。(2)实施从小学——初中——高中——大学“一条龙”系统而科学的训练体制将是培养毽球高水平运动员的主要途径。(3)高水平运动员文化学习和运动训练是较难解决的一对矛盾，运动员专业的合理选择，是缓和这一矛盾的有效手段，加强运动员学习管理，进行科学训练是解决这一矛盾的有效方法。(4)目前实践中最值得提倡的办队模式是和有经济实力的企业办高水平毽球运动队，这种模式能使运动队获得稳定的经费来源，使企业扩大知名度充实精神文明建设内容，同时也能解决运动员的出路问题，推动毽球运动的职业化进程，为毽球运动的发展作出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis takes 4 representative college shuttlecock teams, which are from, WuHan Poletechmc Univesity, and, as research subjects. With the help of such reseach methods as document. Survey, intervien and stutistics, the thesis studies the present situation of the shuttcecock teams, including their manage system, players, coaches, finance, study and training, etc. The thesis also analyzes their achievements, experience and problems, and thesis puts forward the silution, and the teams’ developing gonls. There are four conchesions that can be drawn: (1) High-level College Shuttlecock teams do good to the develspment of educational came. More high-level shuttlecock coaches ought to be trained in colleges of Physical Education. (2) It is the main may to train shuttlecock players systematically from primaryschool to college. (3) It’s difficult to wordinate players’ study with tuir training. So it is an effective way to let shuttlecock plays choose a proper Speculty at college. (4) Its much helpful to woperatc with enterprises. It is a good way to raise the fame of enterprises and it is alse a good smrce of finance of training the shuttlecock players.lt alse promotes the poofessionalization of shuttlecock.更多还原
