基于WebGIS的省级蔬菜生产管理辅助决策信息系统研究

【摘要】 新一轮农业产业结构调整和入世为我国蔬菜产业的发展带来机遇,但蔬菜产业发展中出现的各种“误区”和蔬菜出口面临的种种挑战,使得对全面、及时、准确、客观地掌握和处理各种蔬菜信息变得越来越迫切。而我国蔬菜产业信息化的现状,并不能满足这些要求。鉴于此,本文提出了构建基于WebGIS的省级蔬菜生产管理辅助决策信息系统。 本研究在软件工程思想的指导下,运用地理信息系统技术、网络技术、数据库技术,结合蔬菜学知识、农业区划原理、无公害生产基地评价模型等,以江苏省为例进行了基于WebGIS的江苏省蔬菜生产管理辅助决策信息系统的设计,该系统包括基本地理信息子系统、布局区划子系统、评价子系统、查询子系统、统计子系统、帮助子系统和维护子系统。把WebGIS技术引入蔬菜区划布局,利用GIS处理海量数据和强大空间分析功能的优势,可以优化十一大类蔬菜在江苏省的区划布局。 本研究实施评价子系统内无公害蔬菜基地评价的功能,利用网络开发语言Dreamweaver MX、HTML、JavaScript、Java、网络地理信息系统软件GeoBeans、数据库SQL Server 2000,融合蔬菜无公害生产基地评价模型,最后把评价结果以图形化的方式显示出来,并通过网络发布。即用户在任何一个连接Internet的地方都可以浏览该结果,这对政府和龙头企业快速、准确地做出决策大有裨益。

【Abstract】 With the new adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the entry of China into WTO, many chances, "traps" and all kinds of challenges are confronted with vegetable industry at the same time, which make it more and more urgent to obtain and handle all kinds of vegetable information in a comprehensive, timely, accurate and objective manner. But all these problems can not be solved in current national vegetable information system. In the light of these problems, an assumption on establishing an assistant decision information system based on WebGIS for provincial vegetable production and management is put forward in this thesis.Under the guidance of software engineering ideas, taking Jiangsu Province as an example, the system is designed by GIS technology, network technology, database technology and together with knowledge of vegetable science, theory of agricultural district planning and layout, and assessment model of non-pollution vegetable production base and so on. This system is composed of basic geography information subsystem, district regional planning subsystem, assessment subsystem, query subsystem, statistic subsystem, help subsystem and maintenance subsystem. Because of the introduction of WebGIS technology into it, vegetable district planning and layout of the eleven types of vegetables in Jiangsu Province can be optimized with its advantage of handling mass data and great spatial analysis capability.The function in the assessment subsystem is performed about how to evaluate non-pollution vegetable bases in the study. The assessment results of non-pollution vegetable bases are shown in visualization and issued on network by Dreamweaver MX, HTML, JavaScript,Java, GeoBeans and SQL Server 2000, combined with the assessment model of non-pollution vegetable base. So, every user can browse these results at anyplace connecting the Internet. This will be very useful for the government and the leading enterprise to make quick and exact decisions.
