小学学业落后学生学业自我效能感培养与提高的实验研究

【摘要】 本研究运用自然实验法、问卷调查法、个案分析法等方法,对小学生学业自我效能感与学业成绩的关系、小学生学业自我效能感的性别及年级方面的差异进行了研究,对小学学业落后学生学业自我效能感的培养和提高模式构建进行了初步探索。研究结果表明:(1)小学生学业自我效能感与学生的学业成绩呈极显著正相关;(2)学业自我效能感在小学阶段不存在显著的性别差异,但语文学业自我效能感在小学阶段有极显著的性别差异,且女生的平均水平明显高于男生;(3)与二年级学生比较,小学三年级学生的学业自我效能感总体水平显著提高,此后几年,在波动中缓慢上升;(4)对学业落后学生进行学业自我效能感的培养和提高,能显著提高学业落后学生的学业成绩;(5)运用本实验研究中的学业自我效能感培养与提高模式对小学学业落后学生进行学业自我效能感的培养和提高是可行和有效的。

【Abstract】 This study uses the methods of natural experiment investigation by questionnaires and analyzing the exceptional cases to make a detailed study of the relation between the pupils’ perceived self-efficacy of study and scholastic records and the relation between the pupils’ perceived self-efficacy of study and the pupils’ sexes and grades. And the study preliminarily probed the mode of fostering and improving the perceived self-efficacy of study of the pupils who have got the poor school records. The result of this study shows that: (I) There has been a very close relationship between the perceived self-efficacy of study and pupils’ school records; (II) In primary school, there are not exceptional differences between boys’ and girls’ perceived self-efficacy of study except their perceived self-efficacy of Chinese records, and the girls’ average level of their perceived self-efficacy of Chinese study is higher than boys’ obviously; (III) The students of grade 3 would get apparent improvement in the perceived self-efficacy of school record, and during the coming years, they will get a slow improvement; (IV) To cultivate and improve the perceived self-efficacy of school record of the poor students can help them raise their school records; (V) It is useful and effective to use the mode of cultivating and improving perceived self-efficacy of school record to cultivate and raise the perceived self-efficacy of school records of pupils who have poor school records.
