【摘要】 课程改革是教育改革中的一个核心问题，也是教育改革中一项最为复杂的系统工程。近年来，高等医学院校面向21世纪课程体系改革越来越受到重视。军事医学课程是军医大学临床医学专业的主干课程，在培养和塑造军事医学人才中起着至关重要的作用。在着眼“打赢”，加强军事斗争准备的新形势下，围绕培养新型军事医学人才，对军事医学课程结构体系进行完善就成为当务之急。本课题运用文献综合分析、专家咨询、专家评分法、优序图权重法、直线加权线性综合法等科学方法，通过对军事医学的文献分析、对我军军事医学课程结构体系的实践考量及需求调查，展开对军医大学临床医学专业五年制本科军事医学课程结构体系的研究。全文共分五部分：第一部分：完善军事医学课程结构体系的文献分析。分析军事医学、军事医学课程结构体系的内涵和外延，界定本课题的研究范围、重点和方向。第二部分：我军军事医学课程结构体系的概况及实践考量。分析我军军事医学课程结构体系的实践与现状，找出现行军事医学课程结构体系的薄弱环节。第三部分：我军军事医学课程结构体系需求调查。通过对军医大学从事军事医学教学的教员、军医大学教学管理干部、来自驻军医院和基层部队的在校研究生、军医大学临床医学专业五年制本科第五年学员的调查，分析军事医学知识的需求状况。第四部分：构建新型军事医学课程结构体系的研究。依据科学性、系统性等原则，在充分筛选的基础上，构建新型军事医学课程结构体系。第五部分：专家对构建方案的评价与完善。专家对方案的可行性评价，并依据专家的评价提出完善方案。本研究是适应高技术局部战争需要，完善军事医学教育体系的重要组成部分，旨在为军事医学教学内容提供参考，为上级部门制定军事医学课程结构体系提供决策依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The curriculum reform is a core problem as well as one of the most complex systematic engineering project. In resent years, more and more attention was paid to the improvement of curriculum. Military medicine curriculum, as the stem course in clinical medical specialty in military university, plays an important role in training men for military medicine profession. It is urgent to improve the military medicine curriculum structure system under the new situation of enhancing military preparation and for the purpose of winning.Based on the document analysis of military medicine, the practice analysis and demand investigation on military medicine curriculum structure system, by means of experts consultation, precedence chart and straight plus method, we have studied military medicine curriculum structure system. The study consists of five parts.Part Ⅰ: The improvement of document analysis of the military medicine curriculum structure system. Both the intension and extension of military medicine and military medicine curriculum structure system is analyzed, and the scope, key point and direction is defined. Part Ⅱ: The situation and practice analysis of PLA military medicine curriculum structure system. On the basis of practice and current situation , the weak point of the military medicine curriculum structure system have been recognized.Part Ⅲ: The investigation on the demand of PLA military medicine curriculum structure system. Based on the investigation on different people, including teaching staff engaged in military medicine teaching, managerial personnel on teaching in military medicine colleges, postgraduates in the colleges from military hospital and troops and the fifth grade students majored in clinical medicine, we analyzed the demand of military medicine knowledge. Part Ⅳ: The construction of new military medicine curriculum structure system, which is carried out on the base of plenty selection and the scientific and systematic principle.<WP=4>Part Ⅴ: The experts’ evaluation and suggestion on the new curriculum structure system scheme. Based on the experts’ feasible evaluation , we improved and perfected the new scheme.The study, meeting the needs of high-tech local conflict, is an important part of the improvement of the military educational system.
