基于灰色系统理论的转子振动主动控制研究

【摘要】 转子振动主动控制是主动控制技术在转子振动领域内的一项重要应用。灰色控制理论是一种新型控制理论,适应性很强。本文主要研究了灰色控制理论在转子振动主动控制中的应用问题。本文对转子系统进行灰色分析,指出转子系统是一个灰色系统,对转子振动进行灰色控制是可行的、合理的。根据灰色预测控制理论、最优控制理论、灰色关联控制理论、灰色系统理论和非线性GM模型,提出并设计了三种灰色控制方法——灰色预测优化控制方法、灰色关联预测优化控制方法和灰色Verhuslt预测优化控制方法。 本文把这三种控制方案对同一实例——单盘转子轴承系统进行控制,经过仿真计算表明:控制方案可行,控振效果理想。并且对这三种结果进行比较分析,结果表明控振效果最好的是灰色关联预测优化控制方法,其次是灰色预测优化控制方法,最差的是灰色Verhuslt预测优化控制方法。

【Abstract】 Active control of rotor dynamic system is an important application of active control technology to field of rotor dynamic system. Gray control theory is a new control theory, which has strong adaptability. This paper is mainly focused on the application of gray control theory to active control of rotor dynamic system. This paper analyze the characters of rotor system, the author points a rotor system can be regarded as a gray system. And gray control of the rotor system is proved to be workable and reasonable. According to the gray-forecast control theory, the gray-related control theory, the control optimization theory, gray system theory and nonlinear GM former, the paper bring forward and design three kinds of gray control means(the gray forecast optimization control, the gray-related forecast optimization control , the gray Verhuslt forecast optimization control).Three kinds of gray control means are used to the same rotor dynamic system(singleton disk rotor bearing system). The outcome of the emulating shows that the control schemes are feasible, and the control results are satisfactory. Comparing and analyzing the three outcomes, outcomes show the best is the gray-related forecast optimization control, the worst is the gray Verhuslt forecast optimization control.
