飞机数字式燃油管理系统研究

【摘要】 长期以来,飞机燃油系统采用模拟式燃油量测量和简单机电控制的方式进行工作,这种方式存在诸多弊端。采用以燃油管理计算机为核心的数字式燃油管理系统,对燃油系统实施油量测量、系统控制和数据管理,很好地解决了模拟式系统的缺陷,是飞机燃油系统发展的必然趋势。本文对燃油管理系统的工作原理和可靠性设计等问题进行研究,以明晰燃油管理系统的总体设计思路;并对数字式燃油量测量、燃油质量特性计算、燃油密度测量、提高燃油量测量精度的措施、油箱油量传感器安装位置优化等具体技术展开研究;提出了一种基于CATIA软件的燃油质量特性计算方法;论文最后探讨了燃油管理系统的未来发展方向。这些研究将为未来新型号飞机研制先进的燃油系统打下良好的基础。

【Abstract】 Analog fuel quantity gauging technique and simple mechanical control has been the standard method of aircraft fuel system. But this method has a lot of defects. The defects can be improved by using digital fuel management system which is based on fuel management computer to perform fuel quantity gauging, fuel system control and data management. Digital fuel management system is the future of aircraft fuel system. This thesis described fuel management system theory and system reliability design to set forth system fuel management general design thought. Many technical details are discussed in the thesis such as: fuel quantity measurement, fuel mass character calculation, fuel density measurement, the accuracy of fuel quantity measurement, the optimum location of fuel gauge probes in the fuel tank. The author brings forward a new method which is based on the software of CATIA to calculate fuel mass character. Finally, the future of fuel management system is discussed. This research can be the foundation of future advanced aircraft fuel system development
