先进飞机电气系统汇流条控制器的设计与研制

【摘要】 汇流条控制器是实现航空电气负载控制与管理自动化的重要组成部分,其主要任务是对飞机电气系统主汇流条进行监测与控制。 论文首先根据系统要求,对汇流条控制器作了比较详细的需求分析,确立了总体方案,将课题划分为ERT(电气远程终端)模块、总线通信模块、I/O模块和电源模块四大部分,然后分别进行设计实现。 论文对新技术、新器件的应用作了大胆的探索。针对I/O模块中需要处理的数字量和模拟量较多的事实,以及多路400Hz信号的实时处理较为繁重的现状,作者采用了现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)加以解决。论文使用硬件描述语言VHDL进行了相关电路的设计,并在XC2S100芯片上得以实现,从而简化了硬件电路,减轻了CPU负担,增强了信号处理的实时性。同时,论文还对ERT模块、总线通信模块进行了比较全面详细的设计。 软件开发以嵌入式实时操作系统作平台,应用程序在此平台上采用C语言与汇编语言的混合编程方式进行设计,提高了系统的可靠性和实时性。

【Abstract】 Bus Controller (BC) is an important component in fulfilling the automation of aviation electrical load control and management, whose primary task is to monitor and control the major bus of aircraft’s electrical system.According to the system requirements, the dissertation analyses the demands on BC in details, and establishes a whole scheme, which divides my research into four parts: ERT module, I/O module,bus communication module and power supply module. The sequent work is based on the design.The dissertation makes an audacious attempt at application of new technology and instruments. In view of numerous digital and analog signals need to be processed, and the difficulty of real-time processing of multi channel 400 Hz AC signal, VHDL ( VHSIC Hardware Description Language ) is applied to design the digital circuit, which is successfully realized in Field Programmable Gates Array IC-XC2S100. Therefore, the peripheral circuit is simplified, and the burden of CPU is relieved. The dissertation also makes detailed design for the other modules.Software development grounds on the embedded Real-Time Operation System. Top layer application is based on the RTOS, developed in hybrid programming of C and assembler language. Thus, the reliability and the real-time processing ability of the system are improved.
