企业资源计划与客户关系管理的研究及在陕硬公司的实现

【摘要】 近年来，随着计算机技术和信息技术的不断发展以及管理观念的不断更新，越来越多的企业将企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning，ERP)和客户关系管理(Customer Relationship Management，CRM)引入企业之中，以提高企业的生产效率、增强企业的竞争能力。 本论文结合“陕西航空硬质合金工具公司(以下简称陕硬公司)小型ERP/CRM系统”课题的研究开发工作，对ERP和CRM技术及其在企业中实现的关键技术进行了研究，其主要研究内容和创新之处如下： 1．在查阅和分析大量文献资料的基础上，对国内外学者在ERP和CRM方面的研究现状进行了综述，论述了ERP和MIS(管理信息系统)、MRP(物料需求计划)及MRP Ⅱ(制造资源计划)的区别与联系，以及CRM和BPR(业务流程重组)、DRP(分销资源计划)及ERP的区别与联系，提出了将ERP和CRM集成为ERP/CRM系统的概念。 2．在充分调研的基础上，对陕硬公司的管理现状进行了分析，提出了在陕硬公司中首先部分地实现ERP和CRM，然后进一步完善并实现真正的ERP/CRM系统的方案。 3．在制定数据库实现方案的过程中，研究了分布式数据库的原理及其优越性，阐述了客户机/服务器(Client/Server)和浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server)两种分布式体系的工作原理，通过全面的比较，提出了根据具体工作情况选择库结构的依据。 4．讨论了数据库应用中用户验证的方法，通过分析“陕西航空硬质合金工具公司小型ERP/CRM系统”中用户权限情况及DBMS产品特点，设计了相应的用户验证方法。 5．讨论了从Microsoft Visual Basic访问SQL Server的六种可选择的数据接口的优劣，并根据陕硬公司的具体情况和计算机技术发展的趋势，选择了ADO作为陕西航空硬质合金工具公司小型ERP/CRM系统的数据接口。 6．采用了面向对象技术优化“陕西航空硬质合金工具公司小型ERP/CRM系统” 的软件结构，提供了其设计思想和具体的技术细节，给出了“陕西航空硬质 合金工具公司小型Egn／CRM系统”如何通过进一步利用前端应用程序来维 护数据的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer and information technology and the reform of management ideas, more and more enterprises introduced ERP and CRM to increase the productivity and improve the competitive ability of enterprise.According the research of "Mini ERP/CRM System of Shaanxi Aeronautic Carbide Tool Company", this paper is devoted to pivotal technology of realization of ERP and CRM in enterprises. The following are the main contents and innovations of this paper:Combined with the research of "Mini ERP/CRM System of Shaanxi Aeronautic Carbide Tool Company", this paper is devoted to realizing key technologies of ERP and CRM in enterprises. The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:1 . Through consulting and analyzing a great many literatures of science and technology, the author summarizes the present research situation on ERP and CRM, discusses also the difference and relationship between ERP&MIS, ERP&MRP, ERP&MRP II , CRM&BPR, CRM&DRP, CRM&ERP, and brings forward the conception of integrated ERP/CRM system.2. On the basis of research, the author analyzes the current management of Shaanxi Aeronautic Carbide Tool Company, and brings forward the scheme that realize part of function of ERP and CRM in SACTC first, then Completes the System to realize real ERP/CRM system.3. The author researches the theory and advantage of distributed database, describes the theory of Client/Server and Browser/Server, and brings forward the reason of choosing the structure of database.4. Discussed the methods of verifying of users password in the application of database, the author designs a method to verify users password afteranalyzing the specialty of DBMS and the actual condition of verifying users password in "Mini ERP/CRM System of Shaanxi Aeronautic Carbide Tool Company".5. In this paper, the author discusses the advantages and disadvantages of six data interfaces between Microsoft Visual Basic and SQL Server, and chooses ADO as the data interface in "Mini ERP/CRM System of Shaanxi Aeronautic Carbide Tool Company" according to the actual condition of SACTC and the tide of development of computer technology.6. In software designing, the author describes the plan of optimizing the structure of software with Object-Oriented technology and the designing ideas and details of the plan, and discusses how to keep data security by using forepart program.更多还原
