胶带生产设备自动化技术研究

【摘要】 本文立足于胶带(尤其是新型传动带)生产制造技术中的生产设备的研究,主要研究胶带生产设备的自动化技术。首先从胶带生产中的单个设备——双鼓立式切割机入手,对切割机的几个主要控制回路——主动鼓恒挠度控制回路、靠紧机构靠紧力自动控制回路和推带机构的推带距离控制回路进行了深入研究。在本论文中,分析了各个部分的控制原理、方法和实现。重点详细阐述了恒挠度控制中智能模糊控制器的设计和实现过程,并在建立的模糊控制器上采用了矩形域上一次样条曲面磨光插值算法,使得分档数无限细分,从根本上消除量化误差和调节死区,克服了由于量化误差而引起的稳态误差和稳态颤振现象,显著改善了系统的性能。在靠紧力控制部分,通过PLC(可编程序控制器)对被控对象的输入、输出数据采样,利用参数估计的方法给出了模型参数,建立了控制数学模型。在此基础上,设计了靠紧力PI控制器。此外,结合计算机网络技术的发展,对胶带生产设备集中监控系统和生产线集散控制系统进行了探讨,简要介绍了胶带生产设备网络化结构的建立。 本文的研究成果对胶带生产质量水平的提高,促进胶带生产设备自动化水平和我国胶带工业的发展,以及其它机电设备都有着一定的理论意义和经济价值。

【Abstract】 The automation technique of manufacture equipment for rubber belts is studied in this paper, based on the achievement of production machines about the manufacture technique for the rubber belts (especially the new type transmitting-belt). Beginning with a cutting machine for rubber belts, thorough research has been done on some important control loops, such as control loop of driving shaft’s constant deflect, control loop of constant compress force and control loop of belt removing distant. The analysis of every control loop’s principle, method and implementation are presented in this paper. In the control loop of driving shaft’s constant deflect, the design and implementation of fuzzy-controller has been discussed in details. The ground interpolation algorithm of one order spline curved surface on rectangular region has been employed on the built fuzzy-controller so that the number of dividing has been divided infinitely. In this way, quantification error and adjusting blind area has been got rid of, and the steady error and steady vibration which result from quantification error has been removed. The performance of control system has been improved significantly. In control loop of constant compress force, the input and output of controlled object has been sampled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). By using parameter-estimating method, we estimate the parameters of this model and built the control model. For the above controller model, the PI controller has been designed. Finally, with the development of computer network technology, the system of manufacture equipment monitor and control for rubber belts and total distributed control system are discussed in this paper. The network system of manufacture equipment for rubber belts has been introduced in brief.The study will improve the quality of rubber belts and will heighten the automation level of manufacture equipment for rubber belts.
