基于矢量环模型与动态装配规划的可装配性分析技术研究

【摘要】 装配工作是保证产品质量的重要环节。在设计阶段对产品的可装配性进行分析,尽早解决处于生产下游的装配工作中可能存在的问题,对于保证产品可装配性,提高装配效率,降低研制成本,缩短研制周期有重要意义。 本文对基于矢量环公差分析模型以及装配过程动态规划仿真的可装配性分析技术进行研究,为设计人员提供静、动态的可装配性分析工具。通过静态分析,对装配体的公差设计进行验证,分析公差累积效应对产品可装配性的影响;通过动态分析,对产品的装配过程进行分析与仿真,确保产品具有合理的装配顺序与无干涉的装配路径。论文的研究内容包括: 1) 研究并建立包含公差信息的虚拟装配原型系统框架。 2) 研究公差分析建模技术,讨论一种基于矢量环的,包含产品零部件的尺寸公差、几何特征公差以及运动学影响的装配公差分析模型。 3) 研究了直接线性法公差分析算法。 4) 研究了产品公差信息对装配顺序、装配路径规划的影响,并改进了产品装配顺序生成与产品零部件的装配路径生成算法。 5) 在UG通用三维CAD平台上实现并验证了原型系统的装配过程分析。

【Abstract】 Assembly plays very important role to ensure product quality. Performing product assembliability analysis during the product design stage so as to solving the would occur assembly problems as early as possible is of great meanings to ensure the product assembliability, enhance assembly efficiency, lower product cost and shorten R&D time.This thesis researches product assembliability analysis technique based on vector-loop tolerance analysis model and dynamic assembly process planning and simulation, providing designers both static and dynamic assembliability analysis tools. Through static assembly analysis, the assembly tolerance design could be verified and the tolerance accumulation effects to the product assembliability would be evaluated; through dynamic assembly analysis, the product assembly process would be planned and simulated to ensure the product has feasible assembly sequence and non-interference assembly path. Main research topics include:1) Research and establish virtual assembly system prototype architecture with tolerance information.2) Research tolerance analysis modeling technique; discuss one kind of vector loop based assembly tolerance analysis model, which takes fully account of dimension tolerance, geometric feature tolerance and kinematics effects.3) Research direct linear tolerance analysis algorithm.4) Research the effects of tolerance to the assembly sequence and path planning; improve the assembly sequence and path generating algorithms.5) The assembly process analysis capability of the virtual assembly system prototype is realized and embedded into the general UG CAD platform.
