有色合金等温精密模锻件试制研究

【摘要】 钛合金、铝合金等有色金属合金强度高、重量轻,被广泛应用在结构重量具有至关重要意义的航空航天制造业中。但这些材料价格昂贵,对锻件质量要求很高,迫切需要进一步研究并应用象等温精密模锻这样的先进加工工艺。 Ti-1023合金是为适应损伤容限设计原则而研制的高结构效益、高可靠性和低制造成本的近β钛合金。它以其高强、高韧以及优良的热加工性能被广泛用来制造飞机结构件。本文研究大型复杂隔框等温精锻件的热处理工艺及组织性能,确定出的较佳热处理规范为760℃,2h,AC+525℃,8h,AC,试制成功的某飞机隔框等温精锻件高、低倍组织品粒细小,分布均匀,力学性能优异,完全满足有关技术标准的要求。 LC4铝合金接头件形状异常复杂,原采用自由锻件毛坯,经机械加工而成,材料利用率仅为12%~13%,机加工周期无法满足生产的需求。本文研究LC4接头精锻件的等温成形及热处理工艺,所采用的整体等温成形模具结构合理,工艺方法得当,研制出的等温精锻件成形质量好,高、低倍组织均匀细小,力学性能满足技术标准要求,为实际生产中采用等温成形新工艺提供了可靠的实验依据。

【Abstract】 Titanium and aluminum alloys, which are non-ferrous alloys, have considerable strength-to-weight advantage over comparable-strength steels. Therefore, they have been found in wide use in aircraft and marine industry. But these alloys are very expensive. To save raw material, it is imperious to give father study on new manufacture processing, such as isothermal forging.Ti-1023 alloy is one of the new developed near-β titanium. This alloy has higher strength and fracture toughness than other available titanium alloys. It is widely used in making hardware of flying machines. In this paper, the influence of different heat treatments on microstructures and mechanical properties of bulkhead precision forging, which is made of Ti-1023 alloy, have been analyzed.Isothermal forging is an advantaged processing technology. In this paper, the processing of isothermal forging and heat treatments of LC4 tie-in precision forging have also been studied.
