开关磁阻电动机电磁参数及静态特性的有限元分析

【摘要】 开关磁阻电动机(Switched Reluctance Motor,简称SRM)是二十世纪80年代发展起来的一种新型变速驱动系统,该系统由双凸极式磁阻电机、功率变换器、位置传感器和控制器四部分组成。由于其具有结构简单、运行可靠、系统控制灵活、效率高等优点,目前已成为电机和调速驱动系统研究领域中的一个重点课题。针对开关磁阻电动机定、转子极存在显著的边缘效应和高度的局部饱和的特点,本文采用全场域二维和三维的电磁场有限元分析, 对开关磁阻电动机的磁场分布、电感参数及静态特性等进行了大量的计算,得到了开关磁阻电动机在各种转子位置下的磁场分布规律,并讨论了当前争议较大的SRM端部电感修正系数的问题,得到了一个较为合理的端部电感修正系数值。根据磁场计算结果,对非线性磁参数法中的一些公式提出了合理的改进,从而找到一种考虑端部效应、较准确计算最小电感的解析算法。这些工作为分析开关磁阻电动机的工作原理,建立合理的等效磁路模型提供了理论基础和可靠依据。本文还讨论了开关磁阻电动机电磁设计的特点,给出了根据转矩-转速特性确定SRM主要尺寸的方法。采用Visual C++ 6.0 语言编制了计算最大和最小电感的磁化曲线的计算程序,并开发了一个利用SRM几何尺寸和磁场计算结果核算电机性能参数的软件,软件采用交互式用户界面,使计算直观化。最后,以一台三相12/8极开关磁阻电动机为例对其工作原理和内部电磁关系作了系统和详细的分析。阐明其工作特点和内在规律,建立开关磁阻电动机的数学模型,并探讨了电机参数计算、静态特性计算、性能计算和分析、电机设计的有效方法。

【Abstract】 Switched reluctance motor (SRM) system is a new kind of variable-speed drives, which has been developed from 1980s with the rapid advance of power electronics and microelectronics. The system is composed of double-salient reluctance motor, power converter, rotor position sensor and controller. The motor and converter have more simple structure, higher reliability, and more flexible controllability of the system. It could be looked as an important respect in the research field of motor and variable-speed drives.Because the magnetic field of SRM has distinct flux fringe and intense local saturation effect on the stator and rotor poles. 2D and 3D whole field finite element method (FEM) has to be used to calculate the magnetic field distribution, inductance parameters and static characteristics of the model SRM. As a result, distribution principle of magnetism curve is found. At the same time, the inductance modify coefficient in the end zone is discussed by using 3D FEM. So an reasonable inductance modify coefficient is found. According to the magnetic field distribution, some ameliorations are made, then a reasonable and more accurate analytic formula concerned the effect of end zone is presented. Those could provide theory foundation and reasonable equivalent magnetic circuit for the calculation and analysis.A method of determining main dimensions of the SRM is given according to any speed-torque profiles, either. Meanwhile the method of calculating the maximum and minimum inductance is programmed in visual c++ 6.0 language. And an software which can check the characteristics of model SRM only by the structure and magnetic field results is provided. The software has an interactive face that make the calculation direct.At last, in this dissertation a 3 phase and 12/8 poles model SRM is given, the operating principle and inner electromagnetic relationship of SRM are studied<WP=8>systematically, its mathematic models are established. Effective methods of calculating parameter, static characteristics and performances, and the optimum design of motors are discussed.
