气体传感器测试系统

The Testing System of Gas-Sensor

【摘要】 随着人类的进步、生活的发展,人们对周围的环境的投入了越来越多的关注,环保与安全意识得到了不断的加强。酸雨、温室效应、臭氧层破环、环境污染等,不断危害着人类,从而,气体传感器的研究与开发十分的活跃。然而,与此相对应的低效的传感器测试手段在一定程度上加长了传感器质量改进周期,延缓了产品的上市时间,制约了产量的提高。因而,研制开发出一套实用高效的智能化传感器测试装置是极为必要的,计算机技术的发展和应用为此问题的解决作出了大的贡献。八十年代,仪器仪表技术与计算机技术的结合,出现了虚拟仪器。虚拟仪器是对传统仪器概念的重大突破,在虚拟仪器中,由于软件是关键,这就决定了它具有高度的灵活性。可以肯定:随着微计算机的发展,虚拟仪器将会逐步取代传统的仪器而成为测试仪器的主流。本文以半导体气敏元件为研究对象,讨论了基于虚拟仪器技术和单片机技术的气体传感器测试系统的研究与开发,提供了一套集气敏元件工作环境模拟、信号调理、数据采集和数据分析与管理于一体的测试系统。该系统的研究具有以下意义:(1)实现了批量传感器参数的测试,解决了批量化生产中对产品快速检测的问题,提供了一套50通道的测试系统。(2)实现了测试仪器的虚拟化,用户在一个高度交互性的虚拟软面板上进行操作即可轻松地完成气敏元件各性能参数的测量。(3)实现了数据采集与数据分析的分离,在共用采集控制软件的基础上,可以根据实际用户的需要开发对应的数据分析软件。本系统的研制,将为用户提供全面的气敏元件测试信息,解决气敏元件生产与检测过程中的实际问题。

【Abstract】 With the human progress and life development, people pay more attention to circumstance around them and their awareness of environmental protection and safety gets stronger. Acid rain, greenhouse effect, ozonosphere broken and environmental pollution, etc, do harm to Man constantly, and so gas-sensors’ research and development is very active. As against, the ineffective measurement limited the more improvement of productive to some degree.So, it is essential to research and develop a practical, more efficient and intelligent testing system. In the 1980’s, as the result of applying computer to the field of instrumentation, virtual instrument come into being. The key part in the virtual instrument is software rather than hardware; thus the virtual instrument possesses high flexibility. It is certain that virtual instrument will gradually replace traditional instrument and eventually becomes the main trend in the field of measurement in the future.This paper discusses the research and development of information acquisition system of gas-sensor. The testing system consists of four parts: operational environment simulation of gas-sensors, signal regulation, information sampling and information analysis and management. The following is the meaning of the testing system research:(1)Realize the testing of sensor parameters, resolve problems of rapid measurement and give a set of 50 channels testing system.(2)Realize the virtualization of testing instrument. Users can easily finish the multi-parameters testing on virtual panel.(3)Realize the separation of information sampling and analysis.The system can give whole testing information of gas-sensors and resolve practical problems.
