新型故障测距装置方案研究

【摘要】 故障测距装置对于保证电力系统安全、经济运行的一种是非常重要的。快速准确地找到输电线路故障点,不仅有助于及时修复故障线路,确保整个电网的安全稳定运行,减少因输电线路故障带来的经济损失,而且能大量节省巡线的人力和物力。基于此,研制一种能记录全部故障信息的新型故障测距装置是非常必要的。论文围绕新型故障测距装置的研制和开发,系统地展开了全面录取故障信息,精确、可靠的故障测距技术研究工作。1.提出了准确、可靠的输电线路故障测距技术实现方案。其主要内容是:利用所记录的工频故障信息和阻抗法粗略计算故障位置,再利用所记录的暂态行波电流精确定位故障点,二者通过GPS时间同步单元进行时间同步,从根本上解决输电线路故障测距问题。2.提出了高精度故障测距装置的软硬件实施方案。硬件方案的主要特点是设计了暂态量采集系统,软件方案的主要特点是设计了暂态信号的分析平台并实现了组合故障测距算法。研究结果表明:论文所提出的新型故障测距装置方案对于电力系统的安全经济运行是十分重要的.快速精确地确定故障点,不仅可以提供稳定储备,而且可以减少损失。围绕该方案所采用的技术都是经过检验的、是切实可行的。

【Abstract】 Fault location equipment is very important for safety and economical operation of power system. Fast and accurately fixing fault points can restore power supply quickly, improve the reliability and safety of the overall power system. It can also reduce the economical loss. So it is very important to study and develop a new type of fault location equipment which can record the whole fault waves. The paper studied the following aspects: recording fault waveforms and other fault information entirely; performing reliable and accurate fault locating.1. To put forward a new scheme of fault locating with high accuracy and high reliability. The contents are using fault locating algorithm based on measurement impedance to determine a fault zone of transmission line, then use wavelet transform fault locating algorithm based on current traveling wave to fix the fault position. In order to ensure both results are valid, GPS is used to synchronize their hardware.2. To put forward the scheme of hardware and software of high precision fault recorder. The characteristic of its hardware is the high speed sampling technology adopted for recording transient fault information; the characteristic of its software is the design of the platform used for transient signal analysis and the combined fault location algorithm. The research results show that the schemes of new type fault locating equipment is very important for safety and economical operation of power system. Fast and accurately locating the fault point can not only restore supply quickly but also improve the reliability and safety of the overall power system and reduce economic loss. The feasibility of this technology advanced in this paper has been proved feasible.
