企业资源计划物流配送关键技术的研究

【摘要】 随着网络通信技术的不断发展,我们完全可以借助数字化手段来完成虚拟交易,但物流环节的确是任何商务过程都不可避免的物理运作活动。从1999年开始,网络经济引发的物流瓶颈问题,开始得到人们的广泛关注,如何提高物流管理水平,已成为企业信息管理的焦点问题之一。如何通过动态规划和调度实现物流配送的优化平衡,对企业信息系统的敏捷性和竞争力的增强具有重要意义。 我国现有企业2000多万家,在中国加入WTO的初期阶段,如何加速企业和国际的接轨、参与国际竞争是我国企业面临的重大问题,为此采用先进制造技术和管理思想进行企业改造势在必行。在我国大、中、小型企业之间进行信息化管理实现敏捷化动态联盟是一条行之有效的途径,而物流管理和提高物流配送的效率更是我国亟待解决的问题。针对物流配送,本文研究了企业资源计化物流配送关键技术的问题。 本文主要完成如下研究工作:* 首先分析了物流管理技术和企业现有的管理技术的关系,详细讨论了物流管理技术所涉及的相关技术;* 研究了物流配送系统的体系结构;* 论文提出了一种改进的动态规划算法,并将该算法应用在物流配送的路径优化中,并进行了仿真;* 阐述了调度问题,并提出启发式算法在车辆调度中的设计思想并将其应用; * 最后对物流配送车辆计划调度系统进行了设计和实现。

【Abstract】 With the development of network communication technology, we can trade virtually by digital technology. However, logistics is indispensable to all actual business activities. Since 1999, the importance of bottleneck problem of logistics educed by network economy began to be widely realized. How to improve the level of logistics management has become a key problem for enterprise information management. The research on the optimization of logistics distribution by dynamic programming and scheduling is quite important to improve the agility and competition of enterprise information system.There are more than 20 million enterprises in China. As a new member of WTO, how to participate in international competition and follow international rules have become an important problem we have to face. So, adopting advanced manufacturing technique and management ideas is vital for our enterprise innovation. It will be a useful way for our enterprises to form an agilely and dynamically alliance through information management. Moreover, the logistics management and the efficiency of logistics distribution are becoming more and more urgent to be solved. Aiming at logistics distribution, based on Internet technology, this paper mainly researched on key technique of logistics distribution of ERP.The main topics of this paper are as follows:* Firstly, discussed the relations between the technology of logistics and the old management technology of enterprise, including the key and sustaining technology of logistics management.* Researched on the architecture of logistics distribution.Brought forward an improved dynamic programming arithmetic. The<WP=8>* arithmetic was applied in path optimization of logistics distribution. The result was finally simulated.* Set forth scheduling problem, and brought forward heuristic rule which was applied in the vehicle dispatch and design thought.* Finally, this paper developed a system of vehicle dispatch of logistics distribution.
