三维复杂槽型车刀片测量方法及切屑折断机理的研究

【摘要】 金属切削加工正向着高度自动化和无人化的方向发展,这就要求对切屑进行有效的处理。切屑处理主要表现为切屑的折断控制。为了对切屑的折断进行准确的预报,提高自动化进程水平,本文对三维复杂槽型车刀片的切屑折断界限进行了研究。槽型参数是研究三维槽型切屑折断界限的基础,但三维槽型越来越复杂,通过一般手段无法测得槽型参数。因此,为了获得精确的三维复杂槽型车刀片的断屑槽参数,本文首先从三维形貌测量技术入手,介绍了三维形貌测量仪的功能,对现有的三维测量技术进行分析研究。 本文从上向弯曲切屑折断界限理论出发,推导出刀片九个参数二维槽型切屑流出圆半径及极限进给量的理论预报公式;根据横向卷曲短螺卷屑形成过程中切屑动力学及其折断判据理论,得出了极限背吃刀量的理论预报公式;并进行了系统的试验研究。在二维槽型切屑折断界限研究的基础上,对三维槽型断屑进行了深入的研究。首先,对PCD刀具应用断屑器切削铝合金进行研究,建立了刀片的几何槽型参数与极限进给量之间的关系,推导出了数学模型,并进行试验验证;其次,对三维复杂槽型断屑原理进行分析,建立了三维槽型的切屑折断理论预报公式;最后,针对三维复杂槽型车刀片的切屑折断的理论分析,进行切屑折断试验。

【Abstract】 The development of metal cutting is to ensure high production with high automation and unmanned participant, which demands a reliable treat with chips. Control of chip-breaking is the key of treat with chips. And it is essential to study chip breaking limits of 3D non-uniform groove cutting tools in order that we can make a precise prediction of chip-breaking with different insert groove.The groove parameters is the base to study 3D groove chip-breaking limits. But the more complex the shape of 3D groove is, the more difficult to get the groove parameters with general method. So we introduce the function of 3D Profile Measurement Instrument and research 3D Measurement systems that have existed combining with the technology of 3D profile measurement in order to get accurate insert groove parameters of 3D non-uniform groove cutting tools.Based on the theory of up-curl chip breaking limits, we get the theoretic predictive formula of chip’s curling radius of two-dimensional groove chips which can be defined by nine parameters and the theoretic predictive formula of Critical feed-rate; based on the chips dynamics and its breaking criterion theory of the transverse up-curl chips’ forming course, we get the theoretic predictive formula of Critical depth-of-cut and did a series of systemic experiment study.Based on the study of chip-breaking limits about two-dimensional groove, we research chip-breaking limits about 3D groove. Firstly, we establish relation between cutting parameters and the critical feed rate, obtain the predictive formula and test it after having studied chip breaking when PCD tool cutting aluminum alloy with chip-breaker. Secondly, based on the analysis of 3D groove breaking mechanism, we<WP=8>establish the chip-breaking theoretic predictive formula of 3D groove. Finally, in order to test the chip-breaking theoretic formula of 3D groove inserts, we do a series of chip-breaking experiments.
