空心电力电抗器设计计算相关问题及计算机辅助设计

【摘要】 空心电力电抗器目前已经成为电力系统中的重要设备。我国自主研发空心电力电抗器起步较晚,设计与制造的自动化程度不高。计算机辅助设计技术是设计与制造业发展里程上的一次重要革命。社会的发展与需求表明,电抗器计算机辅助系统的开发和应用已经迫在眉睫。本文首先对空心电力电抗器设计计算相关的基础技术问题进行了全面的分析。总结了其中几个重要方面已有的较好的数学模型,包括同轴方式下线圈的自感和互感的计算公式,涡流损耗计算公式,磁场计算公式等。本文还从电磁场的基本原理出发,求得了非同轴平行螺线管之间的互感计算公式和大型空心电力电抗器电磁力的解析表达式。其次,本文对单相空心电力电抗器和三相空心电力电抗器的整体设计方法进行了探讨。在以上有关空心电抗器设计的理论基础之上,开发了基于Windows操作系统的空心电抗器计算机辅助设计系统。空心电抗器计算机辅助设计系统的开发是本课题的关键任务。为了提高软件的适用性和扩展性,软件制作过程中尽量选用工业标准技术和具有广泛适用性的技术:以Windows为平台,以Visual C++为开发工具,从底层自主开发;软件开发中采用了面向对象方法作为指导思想,开发出一套合理的系统分类方案;利用多线程技术实现复杂的计算过程;利用数据库技术实现资源共享和数据维护;选用OpenGL完成图形绘制任务,实现空心电抗器的可视化设计。本文开发的空心电抗器计算机辅助设计系统能够完成多种空心电抗器产品的智能化设计,可以对设计结果进行可视化工程分析,并自动绘制各种信息图表,生成独具特色的打印报表。

【Abstract】 Air-core power reactor has been important equipment in power system at the present time. It starts later for developing air-core power reactor by ourselves in china, but also it is not high for automaticity of design and manufacture. The technique of computer-aided design is an important revolution in course of evolution for design and manufacture industry. From social development and requirement, it is utmost urgency for developing and applying of computer-aided design for air-core power reactor.Firstly, a careful analysis on basic technique about designing air-core power reactor is presented in the thesis. Several better mathematic models are summarized, including the formula of self-inductance and mutual inductance for two coils co-axially located, the formula of eddy current loss, the formula of magnetic field, and so on. The formulas used to calculate the mutual inductance between coils non-axially, and used to calculate electromagnetic force acted on air-core power reactor under the condition of power system short-circuit are also presented, it start from the basic principle of electromagnetic field. Secondly, the monolithic design method for single-phase air-core reactor and three-phase air-core reactor is considered. Based on these basic theories about design for air-core reactor, computer-aided design system for air-core power reactor is developed in Windows OS.It is the crucial task of this program that develops computer-aided design system for air-core reactor. To raise the applicability and development of the software, the industrial standard technique and that has extensive applicability is chose as far as possible in course of software development: develop independently from bottom layer with Windows as platform, and Visual C++ as development tool; develop a set of reasonable class hierarchy with object oriented method as guidance; make use of multiple threads technology to implement complex calculation; use database to realize resource sharing and data maintaining; choose OpenGL to draw and<WP=9>implement visualization design of air-core reactor.Intelligent design of various air-core reactor can be completed by this computer-aided design system for air-core reactor, and engineering visualization analysis can be went on to design result, the various graph about information can be drawn, characteristic print form can be generated.
