铸造混砂机刮板用耐磨复合材料的研究

【摘要】 本文通过对铸渗法的工艺研究和试验,开发了铸造混砂机刮板用金属基耐磨复合材料。通过试验对利用铸渗法在铸件表面获得一定厚度复合材料层的形成机理进行了理论分析,优选了利用铸渗法在铸件表面制备复合材料的工艺参数(浇注温度、合金膏块的厚度、浇注位置等)。分析了母材及抗磨主体材料(WC和SiC) 的成分比例和粒度,对复合层的形成能力和质量的影响。利用电子显微镜及X射线衍射等试验方法,研究了复合层形成机理,研究表明,复合层是在毛细力作用下,铁液被吸入合金层中,致使低熔点HT粉过热熔化而形成的,并与母材是冶金结合。复合层中的WC颗粒越粗化,所占比例越多,对复合层与母材结合越不利,试验得知WC的粒度为70~150目,体积分数为25~40%时,复合层结合良好。通过磨粒磨损试验,对用铸渗法获得的复合材料,在耐磨粒磨损方面的性能进行了研究,采用扫描电镜对其微观形貌进行了观察和分析,并分析了复合材料层的成分对耐磨粒磨损的最佳配方及耐磨机理。试验结果表明:复合层中保持38%左右的WC颗粒,其耐磨粒磨损性能最佳,明显高于高铬铸铁,所以这种复合材料具有广阔的应用前景。在以上研究的基础上,采用铸渗法工艺生产的复合刮板,在现场经运行考核达到了预期效果,且价格低廉,具有明显的经济价值。

【Abstract】 The composite material , Which is used to make muller plow of sand mill , is prepared by the method of cast-infiltration and the technology parameters for making composite material is optimized. Then the effects of the matrix component on composite layer also are disccused. By the methods of EPN(electronic probing needle)、SEM and XED, the formation mechanisms of the wear-resistant composite layer are studied, The results indicated that, molten iron has infiltrated into the alloying layer under capillary action .This caused HT powder, whose fusion point is low relatively, to be surperheated and formed a surface composite layer. This layer is combined with the matrix metallurgically. For the WC particles of the layer, the coaser the WC particle is, the higher the radio is, and the worse the composite layer is. The optimum size of WC particles is about 70~150 mesh , and the optimum volume percentage of WC particles is about 25~40%. The experimental result of the abrasive wear resistance shows that when the volume percentage of WC particles presented in the layer is about 38% , the composite layer has the best wear-resistance which is better than the high-Cr Cast iron. Testing on the spot ,the muller plow of sand mill ,which is prepared by cast-infiltration, is better in the practice and the price can be decreased greatly. So it has a good prospect.
