铁路工务作业报警系统的研究

【摘要】 针对铁路工务作业的安全防护问题,本文设计了一种用于施工安全防护的列车接近安全报警系统。本系统可以放置在施工现场,而不用另外设置防护区段,可有力的保障铁路在线施工人员的人身安全。本系统硬件主要包括总监视器、控制器(单片机)、传感器、声光报警装置。本系统具有灵敏度高、可靠性好等特点,并具有很强的自检和语音报警功能。列车接近报警的实现有很多方法,本仪器采用声报警器的工作方式,传感器接受到列车接近信号,控制器对来车信号进行分析处理,并按来车方向,通过声报警装置发出上行或下行列车接近报警信号。课题中的关键是如何得到列车运行信号的特征规律,在本文中对这些列车接近信号的一些分析方法作了介绍,着重分析了采用共振解调技术发现远程来车的信号,同时针对不同情况下的信号进行了初步分析,研究了来车的识别技术,并对系统的软硬件进行了设计和组装,通过了现场试验,得到了令人满意的结果

【Abstract】 For the safe defence of railway’s project affairs operation, a safe alarm used in safe defence of construction when the train approaching is designed in this paper.The system need not install other defence sections in addition, but deposited on the construction spot. The safety of on-line constructors could be well guaranteed.The hardware of this system includes the total-monitor controller, sensor, sound-and-optic alarm device. It has many characteristics of high sensitivity and great reliability and so on. It also has strong functions of self-checking and phonetic alarm. There are a lot of ways to realize the alarm when the train approach, and sound alarm is used in this device, when the sensor receives the train-approaching signal, the controller will analyze and handle the signal of coming train by the direction of coming train, and make an alarm signal of up or down traveling train approaching.The key of this task is how could we get the orderliness of train traveling signal. There are some introduction to the analyse ways of train’s approaching signal. It emphasizes on the analyse of using syntony demodulation technology to final the long-distance coming train. At the same time, it gives a preliminary analyse in the signal for different cases, takes a research on the identified technology for the coming train, designs and assembles the hardware and software of this system. All of them have got past the test on the spot and got a satisfying result
