【摘要】 本文阐述了流域治理的投资战略的内涵，建立了流域治理投资战略的理论构架：流域治理投资战略的战略目标；投资主体；投资决策与战略控制。探讨了流域治理投资战略的指导思想、基本原则，提出了战略目标。分析了流域治理的基本类型，并论证了流域治理投资主体相互之间的互动关系。论文提出了运用多目标决策模型来解决流域治理投资项目决策问题的基本思路，并提出了对流域治理投资战略实施控制的基本方式。 本文对太湖流域治理投资管理问题进行了实证分析。论文总结了太湖流域治理投资管理取得的经验和存在的问题。提出了太湖流域治理投资的战略目标和确定投资主体的基本思路。论文还提出了太湖流域治理的投资管理策略以及保证战略实施与控制的应对措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents connotation and characteristic on investment strategy of river basin improvement. Theory frame was established, namely the object of river basin improvement investment strategy, investment subjects, investment decision and strategy control. It was studied on instructive idea and essential principle of river basin improvement investment strategy, and also the strategy object was presented. Basic types of river basin improvement were analyzed, and it was demonstrated on commutative relations among river basin improvement investment subjects. The essential idea was presented on dealing with river basin improvement investment decision with muti-objects decision model, also the basic mode on carrying out the control of river basin improvement investment strategy.Investment management of Taihu Basin improvement was analyzed as an example. The experience and problems from Taihu Basin improvement investment management were summarized. Strategy object of Taihu Basin improvement investment was presented and the main idea of investment subject was decided. What’s more, the investment management strategy of Taihu Basin improvement was presented, also the corresponding measure for strategy actualization and strategy control.更多还原
