钢质管道三层PE防腐生产过程智能控制策略的研究

【摘要】 针对当前钢质管道三层PE防腐成型生产过程工艺复杂、产品质量不易控制等制约钢质管道三层PE外防腐工业发展的不利因素,提出了用计算机自动监控系统取代手动生产的控制策略和设计方案。 首先在分析三层PE防腐层性能指标、工艺过程及工况条件的基础上,提出了温度复合控制和速度反馈控制的综合控制方案;考虑到三层PE生产过程中,由于受FBE胶化曲线的影响,温度和速度之间存在较强的耦合,本方案通过合理的变量搭配,实现两种变量的解耦;文中还依据传热理论、中频感应理论等提出钢管传热过程理论建模的方法,经实际验证,表现出该方案和建模方法的科学性和实用性。另外文中又对这一强耦合、大惯性、非线性、不确定系统,提出了采用智能模糊多模态分段控制策略,通过在生产现场取得的数据对该控制策略进行仿真研究,取得了良好的控制效果;还考虑到环境温度变化对FBE胶化时钢管温度的影响,提出了依据环境温度变化调整温度给定值的方法,仿真证明了该算法的有效性。 上述方案已被研发,它是我国首条自行研发的三层PE计算机自动监控生产线,上位监控软件以组态王为开发平台,对系统中的多种设备采用PPI子网、RS485子网和MPI多串卡进行了通讯集成,并对现场工艺流程进行了动画虚拟。该生产线经一年多在长庆石油勘探局靖边防腐厂运行考验系统平稳可靠,控制手段先进,性能良好。产品试样经中国石油管道公司管道研究中心综合实验室测试,远远超出SY/T4013-95标准,明显地提高了产品质量和生产效率。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a control system that the automatic monitoring system of computer replaces manual production system is presented, in which restrict 3-layer PE outside antiseptic industrial development of steel pipe. The unfavorable factors contain complicated production technology and wayward product quality, etc.First of all, on the basis of analyzing performance index of 3-layer PE anticorrosion, technological process and operational environment, this paper advances the synthetic control schemes that have constant compound control of temperature and feedback control of speed. Considering the production process of the 3-layer PE, because it is affected by colloidized time of FBE, relatively strong coupling exists between the temperature and speed. Through the rational matching and simplifying of the variable, the system realizes uncoupling. According to the theory of conducting heat and theory of mid-frequency reaction and so on, the paper still puts forward the method to set up theory model of steel pipe conducting heat. Verified actually, the method is scientific and practical. In addition, at this strong coupling, heavy inertia, non-linear, uncertain system, it initial proposes and adopts multi-mode segmented intelligent fuzzy control strategy. The control strategy was carried on the simulation experiment by the data making through producing the scene, having made the good control result. Considering still that change of environmental temperature impacts on temperature of steel pipe, in which FBE is colloidized, it put forward the method of adjusting temperature setting value according to environmental temperature. Simulation has proved the validity of this method.According to above-mentioned schemes, we have already been developed and designed the Automatic Monitoring Computer Control System of the anticorrosive pipeline, regarding Kingview6.01 as the developing platform, and using the configuration of the software and hardware to realize communication of multi-equipment, and making virtual cartoon for technological process of scene. This system has already been run for more than one year in JingBian steel pipe antiseptic factory of exploration bureau of ChangQing petroleum. It was reliable steady and advanced by the test of scene. The product was test by synthetic laboratory of Chinese petroleum pipeline company pipeline research center. Product quality far goes beyond the standard of SY/T4013-95. And it is also the first pipeline using the configuration software by us and designed in the research domain.
