非晶薄带成型机的研制

【摘要】 本论文针对非晶薄带成型设备的特殊性,从非晶薄带的性能及加工工艺要求入手,提出了一整套设计思路。并对薄带制备总体系统的构成、薄带成型设备的结构等作了简要的论述。 其中,对薄带制备系统中的核心部件之一非晶薄带成型机中主要、关键技术指标作了详细的计算和说明。在实际计算说明过程中,重点利用机械动力学的原理,对转动辊子和辊子支撑部件所组成的系统中不平衡质量引起的振动响应作了模型化处理,并进行了较严格地定量计算,提出了具体的平衡精度级别要求。 同时,为提高非晶薄带成型机的制造、加工、安装精度,对其中的几种关键、重要工艺过程采取了相应的特殊工艺措施,保证了设备的总体精度,得到了比较理想的结果。 除此而外,在非晶薄带成型过程中的诸多工艺影响因素中,对转辊辊面转速控制、冷却水流量控制等提出了比较具体电气控制方案,并进行了总体系统计算机控制方案的初步探讨、分析和讨论。 通过上述方法和措施,完成了非晶薄带成型机的研制,并部分地得到验证。经试验,该设备达到了的使用要求,可作为实验室和小批量生产非晶薄带的设备。但在研制过程中,同时也存在着一些问题和不足,由此积累了宝贵经验,为今后该类设备的设计和研制提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Due to the glassy alloy ribbons equipment’s speciality, embark on glassy alloy’s capability and manufacture technology, a sets of design notions is submitted in this thesis, and taken a simple explain to the whole system compose of the equipment, so done the structure of the ribbons molding equipment etc.It makes a detailed calculate and explain to the mostly and key technique in that one of the core parts of ribbons molding equipment ribbon preparation system .In calculate and explain process, by using mechanical vibrate theory firstly, it molds a vibrate response system that caused by rotor unbalance, which system is comprised of by rotor and rotor support parts, and makes measurable calculation, meanwhile it brings forward a criterion of unbalance precision.At the same time, in order to improve the precision in manufacturing machining, fixing of the ribbons molding equipment ,it is necessary to take corresponding special technologic measure to the key or important technologic method, after finished, it assures the total precision of the equipment, and has a better result.Besides, in the course of the glassy ribbons molding process of the most of the technologic influence factors, we bring forward a series of the practically electric control projects of the rotor speed and cooling water runoff.Then puts up elementary discussion and analyses and illustration of the total computer control system.By using the above methods and steps, we finished the ribbons molding equipment, and confirmed partly. After tested, it can be used in lab or a small scale. In manufacture process, it has some disadvantage and lack. We cumulate some precious experience in manufacture of that producing equipment.
