YC7150磨齿机的数控化改造

【摘要】 本文以YC7150磨齿机为研究对象,对高精度齿轮加工设备的传动原理进行了分析,详细分析了钢带滚圆盘展成磨齿机和蜗轮蜗杆、丝杠传动磨齿机的优缺点,提出在最经济的条件下,加工高精度的齿轮应选择钢带滚圆盘展成原理磨齿机。针对现有YC7150在实际使用过程中存在分齿定位精度保持性差,齿轮周节累积误差大,齿形精度低等问题,提出该磨齿机数控化改造方案。具体改造中,在机械方面,取消原分度机构中的离合器和分度定位爪,采用伺服电机驱动;硬件方面,采用STD5081多功能CPU,采用8088芯片作处理器;软件方面,详细研究高精度数控分齿的一种算法,采用汇编语言开发应用程序,具有占用内存空间小,执行速度快等优点。同时,监控模式下的应用程序,可以用EPROM固化运行,这对环境恶劣的工业现场非常有利。

【Abstract】 Based on the study of the YC7150 gear grinding machine, this paper analyses the transmission principle of high accuracy gear processing equipment, gives a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of worm-and-wheel driving gear grinding machine and base circle dish generating gear grinding machine, and on the most economical condition, raises a point that processing high accuracy gear should select base circle dish generating principle. In the light of many problems existing in the YC7150 gear grinding machine on hand in the course of actual use, such as the weak dividing precision maintainable quality, the large gear accumulative pitch error, the low profile precision, it puts forward CNC transform scheme on this equipment. In the process of the specific transformation, in aspect of mechanism, original indexing mechanism’ s dividing claw is cancelled and stepping motor driving is applied. In aspect of hardware, STD 5081 multifunction CPU and 8088 chip as microprocessor are utilized. In aspect of software, a algorithm about high precision graduation by CNC is studied and assemble language exploiting application program is used, which has the advantages of occupying less internal space with faster transaction speed. At the same time, under the pattern of supervision, the application program can be carried out by EPROM fixed, which is very advantageous to awful industry locale environment.
