多驱动同步控制舞台升降台的研制

【摘要】 针对现代舞台机械中对升降台技术的发展要求,从多驱动--同步控制入手,综合应用多学科知识,提出了一套全新的升降台设计思路。此项技术的应用将填补国内空白,达到国际先进水平。 其中,对升降台驱动系统中的核心部件之一的驱动单元中主要、关键技术作了详细的分析、计算和论述。在实际计算说明过程中,重点对变频调速拖动下电动机及变频器容量选择的相关问题进行了较为详细的论述,并结合本系统中相应部件的选用进行分析、计算。在驱动单元机械传动系统中重点对滑动螺旋副的设计计算提出了针对舞台升降台实际受力情况下设计的方法,并对滑动螺旋副所受轴向力进行深入地研究、计算。而且对多驱动同步控制技术进行了一些研究,在此基础上利用变频器及其选件构成一种实用的交流变频多单元同步拖动调速系统,满足舞台升降台使用要求,并具有系统简单、同步精度高、易于扩充等优点。 除此而外,对多驱动同步控制舞台升降台技术中相关的一些部件提出了比较具体的方案,并对系统用PLC、计算机控制方案进行了初步探讨、分析和说明。 通过上述方法和措施,完成了多驱动同步控制舞台升降台的研制。

【Abstract】 To meet the developing technological requirements of elevator stage in modern stage mechanisation , the proper put forward, in terms of multi-drive and synchronous control, a set of new trains of thought to design elevator stage. It will supply a gap of national and reach international level if the technology being put into use.Detailed analysis, calculation and explanation are foused on the key techniques -drive unit of elevator. In the practical process of calculation and explanation, the revevant problems concerning the choice of multi-drive are discussed in detail with special attention. The method of the design has been presented to slippage helix of spindle orientation calculation in the circumstance of elevator stage suffer outside force. The analysis and calculation are also done when the choice of the comesponding components in the system is considered. And the spontaneous controlling techniques of multi-drive are explored roughly, Meet the request of elevator, and possess simpleness of system, precision of synchronous control and easy to extend.Besides, some comparatively definite planes are drawed up for scheme of multi-drive. And some tentative exploration, analysis and explanation about the future PLC and computer control.Through the above approaches and measures, the study of multi-drive and synchronous controlling elevator has been finished successfully.
