变风量空调系统末端装置的控制特性仿真研究

【摘要】 本论文的工作主要分为四部分:首先,从VAV系统的原理、分类和在国内应用的现状、存在的问题以及相应的解决措施等基本问题出发,着重研究VAV系统的核心部分—VAV末端装置的工作原理、控制形式等内容;其次,建立了VAV系统各部件的数学模型和仿真模型;然后,基于所建立的数学模型和仿真模型,分析研究了VAV末端装置的控制特性,指出了末端温度传感器测量温度的时间常数对空调效果的影响以及对其封装形式的改进措施;最后,通过仿真模拟,论证了VAV系统中对送风静压进行控制的必要性,建立了反映送风特性的数学模型,对送风系统中静压点的选择进行了探讨,指出了静压传感器的位置对风量调节范围和节能效果的影响。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly includes four parts. Firstly, from the viewpoint of the elementary problems such as the VAV system’s principal, classification, domestic actuality, existent matters and the relevant solving ways, the VAV BOX, which is the kernel part of the VAV system, is studied with emphasis in the ways of operating principal, control modes and so on. Next, the components’ mathematic models and emulational modes are set up. Afterwards, based on the mathematic models and emulational modes, the VAV BOX’s control characteristic is analyzed and studied. The effect of the room temperature sensor’s time constant on air-conditioning is indicated, and the improving method of the sensor’s encapsulation style is pointed out too. Finally, the mathematic model reflecting supply air’s characteristic is set up and the position of static pressure’s control point is discussed, meanwhile, the influence of static pressure sensor’s position on the range of air volume regulation and the effect of energy savings is indicated.
