基于多媒体通信的点播系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着数字时代的发展，外界的信息不断以数字的形式进入到千家万户。目前，大多数新建设的小区都以数字化、智能化来满足人们对数字化生活的需要。在小区的建设中，综合布线可以把高达100Mb/s的带宽数据传输到每个住户家中，这使得一些基于宽带的应用得以实现。视频点播（英文缩写VOD）便是基于宽带网的典型应用。传统的视频及音频接收，对用户而言是一种被动的接受方式。用户的视听必须受一定的时间限制，而视频点播是对这种传统媒体传播方式的彻底革命，对用户而言是一种完全主动式的媒体接受方式，用户可以通知视频点播随时选择喜欢的节目。视频点播可提供诸如电影、新闻、卡拉OK，MTV等，它大大丰富了人们娱乐生活，已成为现代智能化小区的重要标志。本文作者深入研究了VOD技术中相关的多媒体通信技术、多媒体数据库技术和多媒体压缩技术，最后建立搭建一个VOD点播模型的软件平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of digital age, outsider information continuously come to people with the digital form. Now, the majority of the developing residential districts meet the requirements of people demand the digital life with the digital and intelligentized service. In the developments of residential districts, Premises Distribution System can transmit the data bandwidth amounts to 100Mb/s to each people’s home, and this makes some applications according to this breadth realize.Video-On-Demand (VOD) is a typical model application according to the breadth. To the customers, the traditional audio and video receipt, is a kind of to passively receipt way. The audio and video receipt must suffer the limit of time, and the VOD is a revolution to this traditional medium spread way. Using the VOD, the customers can choose favorite programs actively at any time. The VOD can provide many programs, such as movie, news, karaoke, MTV etc., and it enriches the amusement life of people. So in the residential districts, the VOD has become an important mark of modern intelligence. The author has deeply studied the multimedia communication technique, multimedia database technique, multimedia compress technique related to the VOD .In the end, the author created a software model system of VOD.更多还原
