集成电路中电源的研究

【摘要】 本文首先简要介绍了与电源技术密切相关的学科的研究和发展现状,然后对功率因数校正(PFC)技术进行了综述,并着重对有源功率因数校正(APFC)技术进行了论述。最后提出了两种功率因数校正的电路拓扑:一种是由电荷泵原理引出的;另一种是基于Buck-Boost原理工作的电路。这两种电路都具有功率因数高、输出电压较低等特点。对这两种电路进行了详细的分析和仿真研究。对于Buck-Boost型电路做出电路板进行了实验测试,测试结果也一并给出。论文最后一章对一种简单的低压电源的实现方案进行了简要的分析和模拟,该方案可用于对成本特别敏感的场合。

【Abstract】 Firstly, there is a brief introduction of the research and development of the disciplines in close relation to power supply technology in this thesis. Then a review of the solutions for Power Factor Correction (PFC) is carried out. As an emphasis, Active Power Factor Correction (APFC) technology is discussed. The major advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. Two circuits, characterized by high Power Factor and low output voltage, are proposed. One is originated from the concept of charge pump, and the other functions in the same principle with so-called Buck-Boost circuits. Theoretical analysis and simulation are presented. Finally, the proposed Buck-Boost type circuit was implemented and tested. The experimental results are provided for verification.In the last chapter, a low-voltage power supply with lower cost is proposed, which may be an interesting option in cost-sensitive applications.
