武黄公路水泥混凝土路面病害分析及罩面技术研究

【摘要】 本文通过对武黄公路水泥混凝土路面病害调查与测试,分析了水泥混凝土路面破坏的主要类型。研究表明,武黄公路路面病害的主要原因是结构设计欠合理、施工质量缺陷、维修养护不及时,超载严重及地质水文条件复杂等。 在调查分析的基础上,针对旧水泥混凝土路面板的断裂、脱空、裂缝和唧泥等病害,提出了整板更换或压浆灌入等方法。为解决路面结构补强或表面功能不足等问题,采用加铺沥青层的技术措施。为减少或延缓加铺层的反射裂缝,加铺结构设计中,采用了STRATA应力吸收层。依托武黄公路改建项目,分析了STRATA应力吸收层路面结构性能,STRATA材料配合比及施工技术。与此同时,研究了加铺结构中上层Superpave配合比设计与施工技术。

【Abstract】 The author in this paper, through investigating and analyzing the cement concrete pavement in Wu-Huang Highway, studies the main disease types of the cement concrete pavement. The result shows that the main reasons for pavement diseases in Wu-Huang Highway are the unreasonable pavement structure design, deficient construction quality, untimely maintenance, serious over-load and complex geology and hydrology conditions.On the basis of investigation and analysis, the author, directed against such diseases in cement concrete pavement as rupture, hollow, crack and mud-pumping, presents the measures of replacing the whole slab and filling slurry. In order to restore the strength and the surface performance of the pavement, the author introduces the overlay asphalt pavement. In order to reduce and delay the reflecting crack, in the designing the asphalt pavement the author introduces the STRATA stress alleviating interlayer. Relying on the rebuilding project in Wu-Huang Highway, the author analyzes the structural property of the pavement with STRATA, the mix design and construction technology of STRATA. At the same time, the author studies Superpave mix design and construction technology in the upper and middle layer of the overlay pavement.
