沥青路面铣刨机作业阻力及牵引性能的研究

【摘要】 本文对冷式沥青路面铣刨机的动力学工作过程进行了理论分析与试验研究,并利用金属材料切削的基本原理,研究了主切削力,并从能量转化守恒的角度推导了铣刨机铣刨作业阻力和功率计算公式,讨论了机器切削速度、铣刨厚度以及刀具与材料特性对铣刨作业阻力和功率的影响规律,最后讨论了铣刨机牵引性能,且通过试验研究验证了铣刨作业阻力和功率公式。

【Abstract】 This paper emphasizes on theory and experiment research on dynamics working process of cold-asphalt road plane milling machine with multi-cutter. Based on the principle of metal cutting, the main cutting force is studied. The working power capacity equation of road plane milling machine is deduced from the aspect of principle of energy conservation. The effect of cutting speed, cutting thickness, cutting knife and materials on the working power capacity is discussed. Finally tractive property of road plane milling machine is also studied. Through the comparison of the results of theory calculation and experimental results the equation of working power capacity of milling machine is modified.
