绿色润滑油(10W/30SG)的可生物降解性研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外汽油机油的发展概况及趋势,并提出发展绿色润滑油。分析了汽油机对润滑油的性能要求、润滑油的生物降解机理及基础油和添加剂对绿色润滑油生物降解性的影响,还介绍了目前国际上测定绿色润滑油生物降解性的试验方法。选用10W/30 SG绿色润滑油,将其与同级矿物油进行使用性能对比试验,重点考察了10W/30 SG绿色润滑油及其基础油的生物降解过程。结果表明:其质量水平已达到10W/30 SG汽油机油的使用性能要求;绿色润滑油及其基础油都是可生物降解的,基础油的生物降解性明显优于绿色润滑油,由此可见各功能添加剂的加入抑制了绿色润滑油的生物降解性。

【Abstract】 By describing in this paper the development general status and trend of the domestic and international gasoline engine oil, it is presented that the biodegradable engine oil should be developed. Analyze the properties of gasoline engine oil, the theory of the green lubricating oil degraded by aerobic microorganisms and the impact of the basic oil and additive on biodegradability, and introduce the experiment method determining the green lubricating oil biodegradability in the world at present. Select 10W/30 SG green lubricating oil, carry on experiment to compare its properties with the properties of mineral oil at the same level. The degradation course of 10W/30 SG green lubricating oil and its basic oils is stress researched. The results show: its quality has already reached the properties of 10W/30 SG gasoline engine oil; Both the green lubricating oil and its basic oil are biodegradable; The biodegradability of the latter is superior to the former obviously. Therefore function additives suppress the biodegradability of the green lubricating oil.
