沥青路面冷态修补技术（乳化沥青混合料）研究

【摘要】 通过对乳化沥青乳化机理的分析，证明复合乳化剂比单一乳化剂效果好。在大量试验的基础上研制了几种复合乳化剂，并确定了各复合乳化剂的最佳配比。复合乳化沥青能够满足工程施工的要求，破乳速度可调，解决了工程上乳化沥青混合料破乳太快的问题。同时，还对乳化沥青的性质进行了探讨，特别是乳化沥青的结皮现象、蒸发残留物性质等。 由于乳化沥青混合料在沥青路面修补中的独特优势，本文对乳化沥青混合料的组成结构、强度机理进行了分析。在通用的修正马歇尔试验方法基础上，进行了再次修正和补充，提出了针对水泥—乳化沥青混合料的再修正马歇尔试验方法；提出了新的乳化沥青混合料初始强度、工作性、成型强度、水稳性的试验方法、评价指标与技术标准；最终提出乳化沥青混合料和水泥—乳化沥青混合料综合配合比设计方法和技术标准。 最后对乳化沥青混合料的经济与社会效益进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the enlargement of automobile-maintenance market and the increase of maintenance enterprises, the task of management in the automobile-maintenance industry is more and more heavy. Making use of the information technique to promote the management of automobile-maintenance industry is more concerned recently. The system which will be studied in the article is a MIS of automobile-maintenance enterprise and automobile-maintenance industry. It was developed on the basis of investigation and a large amount of data.Firstly, the article analyses and designs the net truss of automobile-maintenance industry. Both automobile-maintenance enterprise’s subsystem and automobile-maintenance industry ’s subsystem are developed on the basis of the truss. Both industry management and enterprises management are realized in the system. Specially, this system realizes data up-load. which is different from others.更多还原
