全液压推土机行驶静压驱动系统研究

【摘要】 本文对国内外推土机行驶静压驱动系统研究现状进行了分析和综合,对静压行驶驱动系统的性能匹配进行了分析,结合典型行驶驱动系统的组成、工作原理提出了适合推土机工作的电比例控制变量泵-变量马达液压驱动回路及其控制方案。采用传统方法对推土机的运动学、动力学以及液压驱动系统的关键参数进行了分析计算和校核,并结合效率进行了驱动系统牵引特性的分析与研究,在此基础上建立了驱动系统的动态特性数学模型,利用MATLAB语言建立仿真模型,完成了驱动系统动态特性仿真分析。为了计算的方便性,本文在Visual Basic开发平台上,编制了驱动系统辅助计算程序。文章最后,针对某一具体机型,对行驶静压驱动系统进行了实验研究,对理论分析作了进一步的验证。

【Abstract】 In this paper, through analyzing and discussing current development of typical hydrostatic drive system of crawlers at home and abroad, it studies property-matching of hydrostatic transmission systems, provides an electronic proportional controlling variable displacement pump-motor hydraulic drive circuit and control plan fit for crawlers’ operation, together with typical travel drive system component. It uses traditional methods to calculate and check the key parameters of crawlers’ kinematics, dynamics and hydraulic drive systems and analyze and study the traction characteristics of hydraulic systems. Then it also sets up the complete mathematical model of dynamic characteristics for the whole drive system, and carries out the simulation and analysis of dynamic characteristics through simulating model set up by MATLAB software. In the same time, the aid-calculation program for the drive system is developed on Visual Basic platform for convenient calculation. In the last of the paper, the reliability of the theory analysis is further verified by the experiment of hydrostatic transmission system.
