水泥混凝土路面聚氨酯弹性嵌缝料开发及性能研究

【摘要】 聚氨酯弹性嵌缝料是一种由聚氨酯预聚体主剂与交联剂、填料、增塑剂以及催化剂混合后通过化学反应交联固化的常温施工式水泥混凝土路面用嵌缝材料。 在对聚氨酯弹性嵌缝料性能影响因素分析的基础上,论文通过大量试验研究开发了一种性能优良的双组分聚氨酯弹性嵌缝料。经过对其性能指标的测定和与常用嵌缝料性能的比较,证明此材料性能完全达到并超过国家规范要求,适合工程应用。同时,还对聚氨酯弹性嵌缝料性能进行了机理分析,最后,对生产和施工工艺进行了研究。 聚氨酯弹性嵌缝料具有高弹性、优良的粘结性和优异的低温性能,且性能价格比较高,因而具有较为广泛的发展前景。希望本研究能够促进聚氨酯弹性嵌缝料在高等级水泥混凝土路面接缝工程中的应用。
【Abstract】 The elasticity polyurethane joint sealing material is one kind of joint sealing materials for concrete pavement joint which can use at normal temperature. It will solidify by chemic-reaction when commix the polyurethane preploymer, cross link agent, filling, plasticizer and catalyzer.Two-part elasticity polyurethane joint sealing material with super performance has been developed by serials experiments and the analysis of facts which influence on performance of the elasticity polyurethane joint sealing material. By mensurating it’s performance and comparing with the joint sealing materials in commom use, it is showed that this material is completely up to the requirements of national standard, and adapt to the use of actual projects. At the same time, the paper also analyzed the mechanism of this material performance. At last, the paper studied the manufacture-technics and construction- technics.Beacause the polyurethane joint sealing material have high-elasticity, super-cohesiveness, excellent-low temperature performance, and moderate price, it has extensive development prospect. We hope the achievement of this study can promote the application of this material at the high-level concrete pavement joint projects.
