二灰碎石混合料配合比设计及路用性能研究

【摘要】 随着我国公路交通的迅速发展,二灰碎石混合料以其优良的路用性能得到较为广泛的应用。《公路沥青路面设计规范》中推荐的二灰稳定碎石基层的集料级配偏细,导致其抗冲刷性能和抗裂性能较差。 为了改善二灰碎石基层的路用性能,使粗集料(31.5mm~4.75mm)能够形成骨架结构,本课题通过振实试验方法研究了不同粒径粗集料混合后的空隙率。并以此为基础,确定了粗集料的级配,使振实后的粗集料能够达到最大的密实度,同时应用理论计算对试验结果进行验证。 首先以抗压强度为指标,确定二灰的最佳配比,然后应用k法计算细集料的(4.75mm~0.6mm)级配,并通过抗压强度试验,确定了结合料与细集料的最佳配比,最后运用体积法得出二灰砂浆与粗集料的配比,最终确定了二灰碎石混合料的配合比。 在单因素试验的基础上,运用正交试验方法确定了影响二灰砂浆强度指标的主要因素,提出了最优试验方案,并将各因素对试验指标影响的显著性进行了分析。 在配合比设计的基础上,研究了骨架密实型二灰碎石的力学性能、稳定性能(水稳性和冰冻稳定性)、抗收缩性能、抗冲刷性能和疲劳性能,并与《公路沥青路面设计规范》推荐级配二灰碎石混合料的路用性能进行了对比。 通过冲刷试验确定了预冲刷时间,并以此为基础提出相应评价二灰碎石混合料抗冲刷性能指标。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of highway transportation in our country, lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates mixtures have been applied widely for its excellent pavement performance. The aggregates gradation of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates which is recommended by Design Specification of Highway Asphalt Pavement is finer, so that the anti-bnishing performance and the anti-crack performance of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates are worse.In order to improve the pavement performance of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates and make coarse aggregates form skeleton, the paper confirm the rate of voids of the mixed aggregates by the method of vibrating test. On the basis of which, the grade of coarse aggregates is confirmed. The experimental results are validated through the theory calculation.Firstly, the ratio of lime to fly-ash is confirmed by the unconfined strength index. Secondly, the grade of fine aggregates is calculated by the k method. Thirdly, the ratio of fine aggregates to the lime-fly ash is confirmed by the test of unconfined strength. Fourthly, the suited ratio of coarse aggregates to ash-fly ash mortar is confirmed by the volume method. At last, the proportion of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates mixture is confirmed.On the basis of single factor test, the orthogonal experimental study is presented on the suited composing of lime-fly ash mortar. The best experimental project is selected in the experiment. Simultaneously, the distinct effect of every factor is studied in the paper.In this text, based on the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates mixture design, the pavement behavior and performance of designed mixture is studied and contrasted with the mixture which is recommended by the Design Specification of Highway Asphalt Pavement, including mechanical performance, stableness, anti-brushing performance, the anti-crack performance and fatigue performance.The laboratorial test confirms the time of pre-brushing. The value index of brushing of lime ash-flying stabilized aggregates is confirmed by the laboratorial test.
