【摘要】 随着改革开放的不断深入，特别是加入WTO，我国的道路货运企业面临着前所未有的冲击，迫使其不得不转变观念，寻求新的发展思路，以应对新的市场形势。与此同时，日益增长的物流服务需求，为道路货运业提供了新的发展机遇。 为此，本文从物流的本质、运输与物流的关系出发，分析了道路货运企业发展物流的必要性和可行性，在此基础上，提出了道路货运企业发展物流的模式以及应采取的对策、措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of reform and open-door, especially our country’s entry into WTO, the highway freightage enterprises in our country are confronting unprecedented challenge,which enforces them to change traditional way of run and seek for a new method to challenge new marcket conditions. At the same time, the increasing demands of logistics service offer a new opportunity to the highway freightage enterprises in our country.Therefore,based on the nature of modern logistics and relations between conventional transportation and modern logistics, the necessity and feasibility of developing modern logistics among the highway freightage enterprises, are analyzed in the dissertation.The model and some suggestions are also brought forward in the end of the dissertation .更多还原
