【摘要】 本文从企业如何挖掘“第三利润”源泉来提高企业的竞争力着手，根据制造企业物流系统的组成部分对物流成本进行分类并加以分析，从而发现企业物流管理中存在着库存、运输不合理，信息不畅等问题。针对这些问题运用系统工程的思想、运筹学中的储存理论和线性规划理论结合企业物流信息系统的改善对供应物流、生产物流和销售物流进行综合管理即一体化管理，并对三者中共同物流业务运输、仓储与配送的合理化进行规划与设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 Setting about how to excavate the fountainhead of Third-profit and according to the composition of enterprise logistics system ,this paper classifies and analyzes the logistics cost and finds out the problems of logistics management. In the light of these problems, managing the supply logistics system, the production logistics system and marking logistics system of the enterprise logistics system, and improving the information system with the thought of system engineer, the theory of store and linear planning in the operation research ,then designs and programs the rationalization of the common business such as transportation, stock and distribution.更多还原
