可生物降解汽油机油(10W/30 SG)全配方优化试验及低温性能研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外可生物降解润滑油的发展现状及趋势。通过分析汽油机对润滑油的性能要求以及可生物降解润滑油在低温性能和可生物降解性能方面的要求,合理选用植物油基础油和添加剂。本文应用均匀设计试验方法,用逐步回归对试验结果进行处理,分析了基础油对添加剂的感受性及添加剂之间的配伍性。在重点考察润滑油低温性能的基础上,提出了10W/30 SG级汽油机油的优化配方。最后进行了研制油与同类进口油品的性能对比试验及研制油的可生物降解性试验。结果表明,研制油的质量水平达到了10W/30 SG的性能要求,且具有可生物降解性。

【Abstract】 In this paper the development status and trend of biodegradable engine oil at home and abroad are described. By analyzing properties of gasoline engine oil and the biodegradable engine oil’s demands on low temperature capability and biodegradable performance, vegetable base oil and additives are chosen in reason. The uniform design of experiment is used and the stepwise technique is adopted to analyze the result, so that the sensitivity and compatibility among bas oil and additives are studied. On the basis of stress analyzing the low temperature capability the optimum of 10W/30 SG gasoline engine oil is presented. Finally, several experiments are made to evaluate the biodegradable capability and the property of the formulation by comparing with the imports. The results show that their qualities are equivalent and the former is biodegradable.
