水泥混凝土路面板脱空评定及压浆技术研究

【摘要】 水泥混凝土路面板下脱空评定的关键是区分接缝传荷不足与脱空分别对弯沉产生的影响,单一利用弯沉指标来评定脱空状况是不完全切合实际的。本文以新建立的接缝力学模型为基础,通过对第一传荷状态临界荷载及其对应弯沉影响因素的分析指出,脱空对弯沉的影响是显著的,进而提出了以第一传荷状态临界荷载与对应弯沉为指标的脱空评定模型与评定方法,使评定工作在单板系统基础上进行,排除了接缝传荷状况不确定的影响。作者给出了脱空尺寸与弯沉典型回归关系式,从而能够利用FWD对水泥混凝土路面板下脱空进行快速评定。 本文研制了专用压浆材料,采用水泥、砂、粉煤灰、外加剂和水混拌而成,通过大量实验配制出的浆液具有自流淌密实性好、早期强度高、无离析、无泌水、无收缩的性能,特别是针对路面唧泥处理或预防性养护,板底脱空量较小,研制出高流动度材料,能满足压浆施工的需要。最后,本文通过施工经验总结出压浆工艺流程及质量保证措施,实践结果表明压浆效果良好。

【Abstract】 The crux of void detection is how to discern the influence caused by indefinite load-transfer capacity and void separately on deflection. It is apparent that only using deflection as the criterion to detect void is impractical. Based on the new formed joint model, a variety of influential factors on First Limitation Load of Load-transfer Condition and Correlated Deflection are discussed. The result shows that the influence on deflection caused by void is noticeable. Then, a model and a method for void detection, which use First Limitation Load of Load-transfer Condition and Correlated Deflection-not single deflection-as their criteria, are proposed. This model makes void detection based on single PCC pavement system and eliminates the influence caused by indefinite load-transfer capacity. The typical relationship between void and deflection is given, which makes it possible to apply FWD to quick void detection.The author excogitated a kind of appropriative mud jacking material which is made up of cement, sand, fly ash, admixture and water. This material which was developed on the basis of large amount of tests has the proprieties of good self-flowing density, high earlier strength,non-segregation, non-weepage and non-contractility. Especially, the author aim at dealing with pumping mud and earlier maintained developed a kind of high flow grade material which can meet the requirement of mud jacking. At the final part of this paper, its construction technology had been developed. Practice results testified that the squeezing effect is good.
