二甲醚复合燃料应用特性研究

【摘要】 本文通过在HH368Q型汽油机上进行了不同组份、不同比例的二甲醚复合燃料与纯汽油和LPG的对比试验,确定了二甲醚复合燃料的最佳配比,评价了二甲醚复合燃料发动机的动力性、经济性、排放特性以及燃烧特性。试验结果表明:使用最佳配比的二甲醚复合燃料在中、低转速时,其功率高于汽油,在高转速时则低于汽油。在全部负荷工况下二甲醚复合燃料的燃油消耗率均低于汽油,其平均燃油消耗率也低于LPG。二甲醚复合燃料的HC排放量比汽油低53.3%,比LPG低38%。CO排放量比汽油低63.4%,比LPG低17.2%。NO_X排放量比汽油低32%,比LPG低23.4%。二甲醚复合燃料的燃烧速度小于汽油,大于LPG。火焰发展角小于LPG,大于汽油。明显燃烧期大于汽油,小于LPG。放热规律与汽油相似。

【Abstract】 By contrasting the testing results of different component and ratio of the Compound Dimethyl Ether (DME) fuel, gasoline and LPG, this paper ascertains the optimum composition of furnish. Meanwhile, it evaluates power property, economy property, emission property and combustion characteristics. The results indicates that the output of the Compound Dimethyl Ether engine is greater than that of the gasoline engine in low and middle speed, while less than that of the gasoline engine in high speed. The fuel consumption rate of the Compound Dimethyl Ether is less tham that of the gasoline in all of load. The average fuel consumption rate of the Compound Dimethyl Ether is less than that of the LPG in all of load. Comparing HC emission reduces 53.3% to that of gasoline and 38% with that of the LPG. CO emission reduces 63.4% in relation to that of the gasoline and 17.2% than that of the LPG. NOX emission reduces 32% in comparison with that of the gasoline and 23.4% than that of the LPG. The Combustion rate is lower than that of the gasoline, but greater than that of the LPG. The flame development angle is less than that of LPG and greater than that of gasoline. The main combustion period is greater than that of the gasoline and less than that of the LPG. The heat release regularity is similar in comparing with the gasoline.
